Field of Application of Emm] The present invention relates to a television connector. [Prior Art] As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional TV connector of this type has a width W of a cover 1 that is attached to the entrance part of a shield case 2.
In contrast, the width dimension W° of the shield case 2 was large. [The invention attempts to solve 31! Il! [l] However, even if the width dimension W of the cover 1 corresponds to the dimension of one module specified for wiring equipment, it could not be installed in series with other wiring equipment in the mounting frame of a single switchbox. In addition, in this conventional example, it is necessary to tighten the presser metal fitting 3 that holds the coaxial cable against the side surface of the shield case 2 with two screws 4, and the signal line of the coaxial cable must be tightened with the screw 6 to the terminal fitting 5 for connecting the signal line. However, there was a drawback that the connection work was very time-consuming. Furthermore, the cylindrical electrode body 7 for connecting the shielded wire of the coaxial cable on the plug side is a printed circuit board (not shown) with tongue pieces 8, 8 protruding from both sides of the lower end built into the shield case 2.
This made it difficult to miniaturize the printed circuit board due to restrictions on the ground wiring pattern and necrotic steps in component placement. The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to enable it to be connected with other wiring devices to a mounting frame used for a single-use switchbox like a continuous type wiring device, thereby facilitating wiring work. To provide a television connector which allows for a reduced size of the printed circuit board by giving freedom in designing the pattern of the built-in printed circuit board. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the stated purpose, the TV connector of the present invention has the dimensions of the cover and the shield case corresponding to the dimensions of one module of the wiring device, and the wiring devices are installed at both ends of the cover. A terminal block made of an insulating material is formed with a pair of locking protrusions to be locked to the mounting frame of the cover, and the terminal block for connecting the signal line of the coaxial cable is connected so that the connection direction of the coaxial cable is diagonal to the protruding base of the cover. Provided on the side of the shield case so that
The outlet part is equipped with a connection means for coaxial plug or F-type plug connection, consisting of a cylindrical electrode body and a receiving blade provided in the center of the cylindrical electrode body, and a signal circuit is installed inside the shield case. and connect the ends of the receiving blade fittings by soldering to electrically connect them to the signal circuit, and connect the ends of the connecting device 1 by half [l] to electrically connect them to the signal circuit. The substrate is housed in the case, and the end of the cylindrical electrode body is electrically connected to the shield case. [According to the present invention, the terminal block made of an insulating material and connected to the signal line of the coaxial cable is mounted on the side surface of the shield case so that the direction of connection of the coaxial cable is diagonal to the protruding base of the cover. Therefore, even if the shield case has a single module size, there is enough space on the side of the shield case to install the terminal block that connects and fixes the coaxial cable. The cover has a pair of locking protrusions on both sides of the cover for locking to the mounting frame. To easily connect a coaxial cable without the need for forcibly bending the coaxial cable so that the adjacent wiring device 1 does not get in the way when connecting the coaxial cable to a terminal fitting of a terminal block when the coaxial cable is connected with other wiring devices. Can be done. [Examples] The present invention will be explained below by referring to Examples. Fig. 2 shows an exploded perspective view of one embodiment, and a third country shows its side view.
The cover is made of a synthetic resin molded product with insulation properties against high frequency waves of 0 MHz, and the center of the cover 1 protrudes in the -E direction 1-
In the center of the protruding base 1a, there is formed a recess in which a cylindrical protrusion 13 protrudes from the inner bottom into which the cylindrical electrode body 7 constituting the outlet part to which the shielded wire of the coaxial cable is connected is fitted. Place 9 is provided. The width W of this cover 1 in the direction of both ends is set to the module dimension for one unit corresponding to the mounting frame of a switch box for series to be described later, and the width dimension T of the protruding base 1a in the direction of both sides is set to the width dimension W of the opening of the mounting frame. It is set to correspond to the opening width on both sides. 2a in the figure is a divided body for a shield case, and this divided body 2a for a shield case has a central piece that is once the size of the above-mentioned cover 1.
The cover 1 should be the same size as the bottom surface of the central piece, and the cover 1
will be posted. Reference numeral 10 designates recesses into which projections 11 provided at both ends of the bottom surface of the cover 1 are fitted to position the cover 1. 12 is a hole drilled at the bottom of the recess 9 of the cover 1 (not shown)
This is a hole through which the lower end of the cylindrical protrusion 13 that protrudes into the recess 9 as described above is inserted. On both sides of this hole 12, holes are provided extending from both lower ends of the cylindrical electrode body 7.

Split body for case 2
From below a, the lower end face of the shield case divided body 2a and both end faces are combined and combined to form the shield case 2. In the figure, 39, 39... are engagement protrusions provided on both bottom edges of both sides of the shield case divided body 2a, and these engagement protrusions 3
9.39... is a notch 4 provided on both side edges of both end pieces of the shield case divided body 2b using the taper provided on the lower side.
0, 40, . . . to engage the shield case divided bodies 2a and 2b, respectively. In addition, 41.41... in the figure is the shield case division body 2.
These presser pieces 41, 41... press their tips against the outer surfaces of both sides of the shield case divided body 2a, and prevent the shield case divided bodies 2a, 2b from wobbling in both directions. It is. As shown in FIG. 9(a), the TV connector A of the present invention constructed as described above is constructed by fitting the protruding base 1a of the cover 1 from below into the opening of the mounting frame 42 that is attached to the series switch box. The cover 1 is attached to the mounting frame 42 by inserting the engagement protrusions 43, 43, etc. provided at both ends of the cover 1 through the gaps provided on both sides of the mounting frame 42 and engaging the mounting frame 42. be. In this case, since the width W of the cover 1 and the shield case 2 in the direction of both ends is formed to be just one small dimension, it is necessary to attach a plurality of wiring devices, for example, another TV connector A of the present invention, and to AC outlet B
can be installed in succession. In the figure, reference numeral 44 indicates an insulating separator, and this upper insulating separator 44 may be provided detachably or integrally with the mounting frame 42, or may be provided integrally with the cover 1 of the TV connector A, etc. : 46 is a decorative plate, and 47 is an embedded hole drilled into the wall. Now, when using the TV connector of the present invention, it is first necessary to connect the signal line of the coaxial cable 45 that has been wired, but when fixing the coaxial cable 45, use the tightening screw 16 of the holding fitting 15. Loosen and expand the presser fitting 15 against the shield case split body 2a! ). In other words, when the tightening screw 16 is loosened as shown in FIG. It rotates by the elastic force of the compression spring 18 with t as a fulcrum, and
, the 1-shaped piece 15b is held and curled. In this state, connect the shield wire portion of the coaxial cable 45 to the 0-shaped piece 151.
) and tighten the tightening screw ] 6, the presser metal fitting 15 will support the compression spring 1 with the above-mentioned abutment point as a fulcrum.
It rotates against the elastic force of 8 and connects the coaxial cable to the 0-shaped piece 1.
5b and the side surface of the shield case divided body 2a. If the signal line of the coaxial cable 45 is press-fitted between the contact spring 24 of the terminal metal, fi, 21 and the ceiling of the mouth-shaped piece 26c of the terminal plate 26, the elastic force of the contact spring 24 will cause the terminal metal fitting 2] The connection is maintained. FIG. 9(b) shows a state in which wiring device B and two TV connectors A are installed in series on the mounting frame 42, and as can be seen from this figure, the coaxial cable 45 is wired diagonally. Therefore, the adjacent wiring device B or TV connector A does not interfere with the wiring, and there is no need to forcefully bend the coaxial cable 45. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, a terminal block made of an insulating material and connected to a signal line of a coaxial cable is provided on the side surface of the shield case so that the connection direction of the coaxial cable is diagonal to the protruding base of the cover. Therefore, even if the shield case is small in size, there should be enough space on the side of the shield case to install the terminal block that connects and fixes the coaxial cable, and the external dimensions of the wiring equipment should be The cover has a pair of locking protrusions on both sides of the cover to fit the mounting frame, which corresponds to the dimensions of one module that can be connected to three modules in a row on the mounting frame. When the coaxial cable is connected with a device, connect the coaxial cable to the terminal metal 2. of the terminal block. Adjacent wiring equipment does not get in the way when connecting to a coaxial cable, so the coaxial cable can be easily connected without having to forcefully bend it, which is especially effective since coaxial cables are not flexible themselves, and the connection Since the coaxial cable that is installed does not get in the way, other wiring devices can be installed adjacent to each other in the same mounting frame, so the mounting frame can be used effectively. For example, it is also possible to install a 1" image receiving power outlet next to each other. . In addition, since it can be attached to the mounting frame, it has the effect of allowing existing plates to be used selectively according to the interior decoration. Since a connection means for coaxial plug or F-type connector connection consisting of a receiving blade metal fitting is provided, there is an effect that connection can be easily made from the TV side. Furthermore, inside the shield case, the signal circuit is wired and the end of the above-mentioned receiving metal fitting is connected by soldering to electrically connect and mechanically fixed to the signal circuit, and the end of the above-mentioned connecting fitting is soldered. The printed circuit board that is attached and electrically connected to the signal circuit can be stored, and the wiring work can be simplified by eliminating the need for wire connection work. Since it is fixed mechanically, the printed circuit board can be made smaller without restricting the degree of freedom in designing the circuit pattern of the printed circuit board, which is the case when connecting and fixing the j2 tubular electrode body to the printed circuit board. There is an effect.
