The conductive portions are soldered, and then the strip portions 1 are removed to make each terminal portion 2 an independent terminal.

In addition, when used on a double-sided printed wiring board, the terminals are structured to hold the ends of the printed wiring board, so
If the conductive parts are located at the same location on both sides of the printed wiring board, they will be short-circuited by one terminal, which has the disadvantage that the locations where they can be used are limited.

The disadvantage was that increasing the number of lead-out terminals reduced workability. In addition, in the case where the tip of the terminal part is bent into a U-shape as shown in Fig. 1, a mechanical force is applied during the process of clamping the end of the printed wiring board to this U-shape. The U-shaped portion and the terminal portion may be irreparably deformed in the subsequent shaping process due to external force in the direction.

Next, the end portion of the double-sided printed wiring board is fitted between the front and rear end portions of this terminal portion, and the end portion of the terminal portion and the conductive portion of the printed wiring board are connected by soldering or the like. Thereafter, the strip portion is removed to separate each terminal portion, and the terminals are attached to the double-sided printed wiring board.

Furthermore, terminals can be attached to both sides of the printed wiring board at the same time in one step. Moreover, by cutting off the strip portion after attaching the terminals to the printed wiring board, each terminal can be attached to the printed wiring board independently.

Provided in one piece. The tip portions of the terminal portions 12 are bent into an L-shape at predetermined intervals (every other one in this case) alternately back and forth to create a comb-shaped terminal board. Then,
As shown in FIG. 3, the ends of the printed wiring board 14 are inserted between the front and rear ends of the terminals 12 whose ends are bent into the L-shaped part 13 and the terminals 12 whose ends are not bent. Fit and hold. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the conductive portions 15, 15' provided on both sides of the printed wiring board 14 are brought into contact with the tips of the terminals 12 to be elastically clamped. The two are electrically and mechanically connected by solder 16, 16' by dip soldering or the like. Thereafter, the strip portion 11 is cut off if necessary, and each terminal portion 12 is used separately and independently.

続する。 FIG. 5 shows the shape of a terminal board used in another embodiment of the present invention, and when it is necessary to lengthen the terminal portion 12, the gripping force of the printed wiring board by the terminal portions 12 before and after it becomes weaker. Since it becomes difficult to hold the printed wiring board stably during soldering, in addition to the first strip-shaped portion 11, a second strip-shaped portion 17 is provided near the bent portion where the tip of the terminal portion 12 is bent into an L-shape. By providing this, it is possible to more stably hold the printed wiring board. In this case,
The terminal portion 12 is connected to the conductive portions 15, 1 of the printed wiring board 14.
5', the first and second strip parts 1
By cutting out terminals 1 and 12, each terminal can be used independently. In the form of use, as shown in FIG. 6, the separated terminals are formed in a terminal shaping process so that the width of the adjacent terminals is larger than the thickness of the printed wiring board when viewed from the side. Next, the printed circuit board provided with the terminal is connected by fitting the terminal into the terminal hole of the main printed circuit board and soldering.

The printed wiring board is sandwiched between the front and rear terminals, and the terminals are connected by soldering, etc., and then the band-shaped portion is removed to make each terminal independent, so printed wiring can be completed in one process using the terminal board. Since soldering can be performed while the board is clamped and temporarily fixed, terminals can be attached reliably and with extremely good workability. In addition, the tips of the terminals are bent so that they are arranged in a so-called zigzag pattern every predetermined number of times, and the printed wiring board is elastically held between the bent terminals and the unbent terminals. , the stress against the external force applied for clamping is greater than the conventional one in which the tip is bent uniquely into a U-shape, and the terminal is not deformed beyond repair in the subsequent terminal shaping process, resulting in a lower yield. It will be good.
