Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は軸筒内に収納され、適宜出没機構によ
り軸筒先端よりペン先を出没するようにしたノツ
ク式筆記具における筆記具カートリツジに関する

ノツク式筆記具は、操作性に優れているが、油
性インキボールペンのように極めて粘度の高いイ
ンキを用いた筆記具のみしか実用に供されておら
ず、筆跡が紙の裏面にまで浸透しないとか、鮮明
な細字の筆跡が得られるなどの利点を有し、一般
筆記用として好まれている水性インキを使用した
筆記具は数々の発明、考案がなされているにもか
かわらず、実用に供し得るまでに至つていないの
が現状である。その主要因は、不使用時(カート
リツジを軸筒内に収納時)ペン先が乾燥および筆
記具カートリツジの前方部に設けた空気孔から空
気が流入し、内部のインキが乾燥することにより
生ずるインキかすれを防止するために、軸筒先端
部内に密閉構造を必要とし、この密閉構造が技術
的に極めて高度であり、目的とするものができな

追求しても技術的に限界があるとの結論に至り、
一つの対策として空気孔を筆記具カートリツジの
後部の尾栓部に設けることを先に提案したが、そ
の後の研究によつて空気孔の口径および長さは極
めてデリケートなものであり、従来のカートリツ
ジ前方部に設けた空気孔(口径は0.5〜1mm程度)
に比較し、例えば口径が0.5mm以下というように
小さい方が相対的に好ましい結果が得られること
が判明した。ところが、尾栓に空気孔を形成する
には、従来より孔の形成方法として知られてい
る、ドリルやリーマ等の刃物による切削加工、
放電加工やレーザー加工などの特殊加工、射
出成形による加工を採用した場合、次のような問

あり、の場合には射出成形によれば金型上で
は、微小孔形成用のコアピンが必要となるが、こ
のようなコアピンを樹脂内圧で曲がらないように
維持するのは技術的に不可能であり、又、成形面
でも、成形後の収縮により微小孔が曲がつたり、

欠き5aが形成された棒状部5bを外部材4の貫
通孔4aに圧入固着し配置されており、この圧入
固着の際に棒状部5bの直線状の切欠き5aと貫
通孔4aとの間に形成される長手方向の直線状非
接触部6で空気孔となしている。4cは外部材4
の前部に形成された通気用のスリツトであつて、
このスリツト4cおよびスリツト4cの後方の空
間7が段状となされているのは、カートリツジに
衝撃が加わつた際にインキ吸蔵体2に含浸された
インキが直線状非接触部6(空気孔)内に流れ込

る空気孔を簡単に得ることができ、筆記具カート
リツジ内のインキが乾燥することにより生じるイ
