Claims (1)
内側に第２のシリンダを同軸的に立設し、第２の
シリンダの内側に摺接するピストンにピストンロ
ツドを結合してシリンダ本体から摺動自由に突出
させ、第２のシリンダの内側のピストンの両側に
油室を画成し、シリンダ本体と第１のシリンダと
の間にガスを封入した油溜室を設け、第２のシリ
ンダの内側のピストンロツド側の油室に連通する
作動油の通路を第１のシリンダと第２のシリンダ
との間に設け、この通路を油溜室に連通するバル
ブＡと第２のシリンダのピストンロツドと反対側
の油室を油溜室に連通するバルブＢとを備え、こ
れらのバルブを軸方向変位に基づき順次強制的に
開弁するプツシユロツドをシリンダ本体の底部を
貫通して配設するとともに、このプツシユロツド
を軸方向に駆動して所定位置に位置決めする手段
