食品である場合には食品衛生上の問題があつた。 Traditionally, when transporting and distributing containers such as metal cans containing soy sauce, petroleum, edible oil, etc., containers were placed in cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, etc. to prevent damage to the containers and to make them look beautiful. It was normal to store the whole thing and package it. However, in such a packaging method, the packaging operation requires a lot of time and a large amount of packaging material, which not only causes an increase in costs, but also poses the problem of disposing of the packaging box after use. Recently, a method of covering the top and bottom of the container with a shallow box-shaped packaging material and tying it with string has been developed, and as an improvement method, a packaging material consisting of a top part that covers the top surface of the container and an ear part that is fixed to the vertical surface of the container, so-called A method of simply wrapping the top surface of a container using a top cover has been proposed. The top part is a package that overlaps the top part of the container with the top part, bends the ears, and attaches them to the side of the container. When taking out the liquid contents from the container, It is known that the spout is exposed by cutting out a portion corresponding to the spout. However, even with this top, the packaging material remains on the top surface of the container, so when the contents are taken out, the contents may adhere to the remaining packaging material and become contaminated, which not only spoils the aesthetics, but also damages the contents. There were food hygiene problems when the food was food and drink.

It is possible to separate by forming a continuous selvedge and a selvedge to be adhered to the selvedge, and providing a cutting part such as a perforation or a broken line cut on the tangential edge of the selvage and the selvage, or on the selvage or the selvage in the vicinity thereof. According to the packaging material configured as above, the intended purpose can be achieved with the above configuration.

Styrofoam or any other material that functions as a packaging material may be used. The shape of the packaging material is naturally determined by the shape of the container. The basic structure of the present packaging material is that a top part 4 that covers the top surface 1 of the container and an ear part 5 that is bent following the edge part of the top part and adhered to the side surface of the container are continuously formed. Two or more ears 5 are formed on the top 4 so that the covering on the top surface of the container can be fixed when the ears 5 are adhered to the side surface of the container. In the embodiment, a pair of ears 5 are continuously formed on symmetrical sides of the top 4. The contact edge between the top 4 and the ear 5 is bendable, and a window 6 is provided at the center of the top 4 to expose the handle 2 on the top surface of the container.

Such a construction means includes a means of making one or two perforations or broken lines on the tangent between the top part 4 and the ear part 5 or in the part of the top part or the ear part in the vicinity thereof (see FIG. 1). Embodiment), a means of providing a cut tape 10 on the top or the back side of the ear near the tangent (FIG. 5 embodiment), or a means of making cuts on both sides of the cut tape. That is, in FIG. 1, two cuts 7 and 8 are provided in parallel with each other at an appropriate interval in the ear part 5 for separation, close to the side in contact with the top part 4. With such a configuration, the cutting strip 9 between the cuts 7 and 8 can be easily cut by pulling it from the end, and the top portion and the ear portion can be separated. Further, in FIG. 5, a cut tape 10 is attached to the back surface of the ear portion 5 for separation in close proximity to the side in contact with the top portion 4.

In this way, by covering the top of the container C with the packaging material P, the amount of packaging material used, the effort and time required for packaging work are reduced, and costs are reduced, and the top of the container is maintained hygienically. , it can exert the effect of protecting containers by alleviating impact and stabilizing the stacking of containers.

大なものである。 By completely separating the top part 4 from the ear part 5, the packaging material of the present invention can expose the entire top surface of the container, regardless of the size and position of the opening for taking out the contents of the container. It has the versatility of being applicable. Furthermore, even when the contents are taken out, there is no fear that the contents will adhere to the packaging material remaining on the top surface and cause contamination, so the food and drink inside the container can be taken out in a hygienic manner. Thus, in addition to the advantages of the conventional top pad, the present invention has a unique effect that is even better, and is of great practical benefit.
