【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は湯沸器の給排気管等各種配管の接続
構造に関し、配管の接続部に設けたボス部を接続
する配管の接続部に設けた係合リブ部に切欠孔を

造で、配管の回動を阻止し、かつボス部が抜け出
すのを阻止して配管接続が外れるのを防止し、排
気等の洩れを防止することができる配管の接続構
造を提供することを目的とする。

部には前記切欠孔を通じて中央寄り係合リブ部に
挿入係止しうるボス部を形成し、配管の大径側接
続部の中央寄り係合リブ部に接続する配管の接続
部のボス部を切欠孔を通じて係合後、係合リブ部
間に一部を切除した抜け止め用弾性締付けリング
を切欠孔を横切つて嵌め付けるようになし、両配
管の回動を阻止して抜止めを防ぎ、たとえ回動し
てもボス部が抜け止め用弾性締付けリングにより
係合リブ部から抜け出るのを防ぎ両配管の抜け止
めを確実に行い、配管接続部の接続構造を簡単と
するとともに気密保持を兼ねる配管接続構造の考
案に係るものである。

嵌付けるに適した所定間隔をおいて膨出形成し、
かつ係合リブ部3より中央寄りの適所にシール用
リブ部4を形成し、前記二列目の係合リブ部3を
後記するボス部8の係合用となし、配管端部より
その係合リブ部3内まで軸方向に後記のボス部8
を挿入する切欠孔5を設け、一列目と二列目のリ
ブ部2,3の間の外周には一部を切除して切込み
6aを有する抜け止め用弾性リング6を弾性を利
用して切欠孔5を横切つて嵌め付けて接続部1a
を締着するとともにボス部8の抜け止めをなし、
また前記シール用リブ部4には内部にシール用O
リング7を挿着して大径側の接続部1aに小径側
の接続部1bを密嵌して気密を保持するようにな
し、さらに配管1の接続部1bには前記切欠孔5
を通じて係合リブ部3内に係合するボス部8を若
干突出して設ける。そこで配管1,1の接続部を
接続するとき、ボス部8は切欠孔5を通じて係合
リブ部3内に嵌入して回動させ、抜け止め用弾性
締付けリング6をリブ部2,3間に切欠孔5を横
切つて嵌め付け、若しボス部8が切欠孔5を通じ
て戻ろうとするも抜け止め用弾性締付けリング6
に当たつて抜脱しないようになす。即ち、配管1
を接続する場合には一方の配管1のボス部8を第
2図に示すように接続する配管1の切欠孔5と一
致させてから第3図に示す如くボス部8を切欠孔
5の奥(係合リブ3の位置)へ押込み、その位置
で係合リブ部3内の円周に沿つて廻して係合リブ
部3に係合せしめ、しかる後第4図、第5図に示
すようにリブ部2,3間に第6図に示す抜け止め
用弾性締付けリング6を嵌め付けて切欠孔5の外
周を横切つた状態で締付け固定するものである。
