Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 配管上に一定の間隔で光パルス発生用の目盛が
    形成されたスケールを取付け、このスケールと非
    接触状態で固定側に光電スイツチを構成する送受
    光用フアイバを設置し、この受光用フアイバから
    の光パルスをカウントして配管の移動量を求める
    移動量演算器を設けたことを特徴とする配管の移
    動量計測装置。
