Claims (1)

検出する検出手段と、測寸開始から前記検出手段
が検出信号を出力するまでの間は前記少なくとも
一方の圧子が低速で移動するように前記駆動機構
を制御し、前記検出信号出力後は所定の測定圧で
試料が圧子に挾持されるように前記駆動機構を制
御する制御手段と、前記両圧子の相対位置関係か
ら試料の寸法測定値を出力する計測手段とを具備
