- １対以上の互いに対向する発光素子と受光素子
の間に１つ以上のスリツト列を有する回転デイス
クまたは可動直尺と、１つ以上のスリツト列を有
する固定基板より構成される光学式エンコーダに
おいて、前記回転デイスクまたは直尺及び前記固
定基板の表裏に誘電体光学薄膜を１層以上適切な
厚さ形成したことを特徴とする光学式エンコーダ
。
