Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 保護管の下端開口に、片面を外部に露出させて
振動板を液密状に接合し、かつ振動板の内面に圧
電素子を貼着してバイモルフ型の液体感知部を構
成し、振動板の露出外面が、液体と非接触の時に
圧電素子を振動させて、液体の有無を検出する圧
電式液体レベルセンサーにおいて、 前記保護管の下端に、液体よりも比重の小さい
浮子を昇降可能に係止する開放状保持枠を設け、
保護管先端の浸水時に、該浮子を浮上させて、振
動板の露出外面に当接するようにしたことを特徴
とする圧電式液体レベルセンサー。
