Claims (1)
- 基板面に多数の画素電極とこの各画素電極を駆
動する多数の薄膜トランジスタを配列したＴＦＴ
パネルの試験装置において、前記ＴＦＴパネルの
画素電極形成領域全域にわたる底面積をもちかつ
底面に多数の微細孔を密な間隔で形成した容器内
に、前記ＴＦＴパネルの画素電極に接触する電極
として水銀を封入するとともに、前記容器に、こ
の容器内の水銀層に試験電圧を印加する試験電圧
印加部と、容器内の水銀層上の空間に圧力気体を
導入する気体導入口とを設けたことを特徴とする
ＴＦＴパネルの試験装置。
