However, as these control functions become electronically controlled using LSI, and as cookers become smaller, various electric components are placed in a centralized manner, and abnormal high voltages coming from the power supply side of the cooker become more and more difficult. Weaknesses (destruction and malfunction) have been highlighted closely. In particular, studies are underway to deal with the pulse-like abnormal voltages that occur when lightning strikes power transmission lines or substations. On the other hand, in response to these
Conventionally, an absorption element such as a varistor is installed between the two poles of the power supply to absorb these abnormal high voltages, but
In some cases, the protection function between earths is provided by a spatial spark gap, etc., but its performance changes significantly depending on the spark gap distance, weather conditions, and installation location, and stable performance is not achieved. is the current situation. In response to this, recently, individual components have been designed to withstand abnormally high voltages, and materials with good tracking properties are used to prevent insulation deterioration from spreading over the entire surface even if creeping discharge or space discharge occurs due to abnormally high voltages. Measures have been taken. However, as mentioned above, as cooking appliances become smaller, various electrical components are placed in a concentrated manner, and creeping discharge or space discharge occurs between the electrical components, causing damage to the electronic control section centered on the LSI, which is the main part. Currently, in order to ensure creepage distances and spatial distances between electrical parts, there are restrictions on the mounting of parts, and separate parts such as insulating sheets are used.

An abnormally high voltage is applied between the door switch 10 (electronic parts, etc.), causing destruction or malfunction of the control unit 5 due to creeping or space discharge. By providing the rear) 10a, sufficient creepage distance and spatial distance between the switches are ensured, no discharge occurs, and the control section 6 always operates normally. Generally, the abnormal high voltage is about eKV, but if the door switch 20 does not have a side wall, the abnormal high voltage is about 6 to aKV and creeping.
A blank discharge occurs, leading to destruction of the control unit and malfunction.
