As a double-barreled heat-insulating cladding pipe, instead of one in which a thin protective layer made of polyethylene etc. is provided around two conduits covered with a heat insulating layer made of foamed polyethylene etc., as shown in Figure 1. A tape-wrapped layer 3 of a material with low emissivity, such as glossy aluminum foil, is placed around two conduits 1 and 1' that are arranged close to each other in parallel with a thin tape-shaped spacer 2 in between. A core 6 is formed by loosely winding a linear spacer 4 at a predetermined pitch without intervening, and then applying a tape-wrapped layer 5 of a material with low emissivity such as glossy aluminum foil on top of the linear spacer 4. It has been proposed that the tube wall is covered with a corrugated tube 7 made of a polyethylene cantilevered tube or the like which has been corrugated.

Even in the case of the latter double-barreled insulation cladding tube mentioned above,
Although it is necessary to identify the conduit in some way to prevent erroneous connection of the conduit, it is difficult to attach protrusions on the surface of the corrugated tube 7, which corresponds to the outer jacket of the conventional conduit, as in the conventional case. It is possible to paint the surface of one of the conduits in a different color, but since many of the conduits 1 and 1' are made of small-mouth copper pipes, coloring them would require extra man-hours and expense. Therefore, it cannot be said that it is a very preferable method in terms of cost.

If the tape-shaped spacer inserted between the conduits is labeled, the end of the tape-shaped spacer will be marked when the end of the conduit is removed to expose the end of the conduit during piping work. Since the ducts are also exposed, the conduits can be easily distinguished by identifying the front and back sides using the markings on their surfaces.

To explain the heat insulating cladding of the present invention with reference to the drawings, the example shown in Fig. 1 has one surface that is rough with unevenness 21 and the other surface that is flat and smooth, as shown in Fig. 2. Two conduits 1, 1' arranged in parallel and close to each other with a tape-shaped spacer 2 made of synthetic resin interposed therebetween.
A tape-wrapped layer 3 made of a material with a low emissivity such as aluminum foil, a linear spacer 4, and a tape-wound layer 5 made of a material with a low emissivity such as aluminum foil are sequentially applied to the outer periphery of the core 6 to form a core 6. , this core 6 is connected to a corrugated tube 7
It is covered with.

できる。 As in this example, if the tape-shaped spacer 2 marked with unevenness 21 is used, when the ends of the conduits 1, 1' are exposed during the connection work of the conduits 1, 1'. Since the end of the spacer 2 is also exposed, the front and back can be identified by tactilely or visually recognizing the unevenness 21 on the surface, and the adjacent conduits 1 and 1' can be distinguished and connected. Incorrect connection of each conduit 1, 1' can be easily prevented.

By changing the color tone in this way, it is possible to visually recognize the difference between the front and back sides.
The mark applied to the tape-shaped spacer 2 can be modified in various ways, and shapes and colors can be combined.
They can also be easily applied during tape manufacture or prior to use, thereby contributing to lower cost of the thermal cladding.

As described above, in the present invention, since the tape-shaped spacer itself inserted between the conduits is marked with a label that has the function of identifying the front and back, the cost of heat-insulating cladding can be reduced by using such a tape-shaped spacer. This is not only advantageous in reducing the number of connections, but also makes it easy to distinguish between conduits and prevent incorrect connections during piping.
