  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トナーを貯蔵するトナーホツパー内部に配設さ
    れてトナーを撹拌するトナー撹拌装置において、 該トナー撹拌装置はトナーホツパー側壁間に架
    設される回動自在な回転軸と、該回転軸に立設さ
    れる支持腕と、該支持腕に回動自在に軸支され撹
    拌部を有する断面Ｌ字状の撹拌部材と、該撹拌部
    材の撹拌部を回転軸に平行な位置を取るように撹
    拌部材を付勢する付勢部材とを具備してなり、 前記撹拌部は、回転駆動の際に受ける回転負荷
    に応じて支持腕回りに回転して退避するようにし
    たことを特徴とするトナー撹拌装置。
