- 半導体レーザを内蔵した半導体レーザキヤンパ
ツケージにおいて、外部との気密を保つキヤツプ
のガラス窓をキヤツプ内に対して凸状に双曲線を
有するように形成し、かつ前記ガラス窓の焦点近
傍に半導体レーザの出射端面が位置するよう構成
したことを特徴とする半導体レーザキヤンパツケ
ージ。
