For this purpose, as shown in Fig. 6, a plurality of S-shaped springs B are stretched horizontally from the center to the rear side of the rectangular frame A, and a raised panel C is welded to the front edge. There is also one in which cushion pads D are layered on top of each other and wrapped in the outer skin. According to this,
Panel C forms a bulge in the front, allowing the body to be supported without sinking even when the body shifts forward. However, in this type, the only cushion in the front is the cushion pad D, so if it does not suit the physique of the person sitting, the thighs will be compressed, making it difficult to operate the bevel smoothly, and may cause blood circulation problems. Or, conversely, your thighs may become separated and make you feel unstable. There are also seats that allow the height of the ridge at the front of the seat to be adjusted. For example, Jikosho 6
See Publication No. 1-266. However, this type requires adjustment to suit the physique of the occupant, and although it is suitable for special sports cars, it also has the disadvantages of complicated adjustment parts, increased number of parts, and increased cost.

The purpose is to obtain a car seat that can support the body when it moves forward.

The panel 5 has stopper flanges 6 formed on both sides thereof and projecting downward. The cushion pad 7 is made of urethane foam and is molded to match the shape of the frame 1, and is placed on the frame 1. The cushion pad 7 is wrapped with a layer of skin such as leather. In this way, sheet 8 is created. The end of the backrest 9 is connected to the rear side of the seat.

。FIG. 1 shows a state in which an occupant of standard size is seated at a reference position. In this case, the finished product can exhibit excellent cushioning properties by flexing the S-shaped spring 2 and the cushion pad 7. In addition, the front part supports the thighs with the leaf spring 3 and the cushion pad 7, so that even if the legs are moved by pedal operation or the like, they can be supported with a fast cushion. FIG. 3 shows a state in which a small person is seated in front of the reference position. In this case, a load is applied to the front side of the whole, and the load of the finished product is applied to the leaf spring 3, causing the leaf spring 3 to bend until the bead 4 hits the frame 1. As a result, the reaction force of the leaf spring 3 is exerted in front of the bead 4, and the cushion is hard enough to match the hardness of the finished product, supporting the thighs and giving the overall cushion a slightly hard feel. I will support you. FIG. 4 shows the forward movement of the product at the time of collision. In this case, due to the forward movement of the product, a large load is applied to the front part, and the panel 5 is bent downward until the stopper flange 6 hits the frame 1. However, even if the stopper flange 6 hits the frame 1,
In addition, since the front end of the panel 5 is raised, it will not sink further, and the product can be prevented from moving further forward.

にできる。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the present invention has a plurality of S-shaped springs stretched horizontally from the center to the rear side of a rectangular frame, and the indented ends of the leaf springs are attached to the front part of the frame. part is positioned diagonally upward, a bead protruding downward is provided on the leaf spring, a panel is connected to the front end of the leaf spring, stopper flanges are provided on both sides of the panel that protrude downward, and the entire upper surface is covered with a cushion pad. Therefore, when a seated person performs Betaru operations with their feet, the panel moves in line with the thighs and supports the thighs with appropriate pressure. Furthermore, even when sitting in the front position compared to the standard position, it is possible to apply appropriate pressure to the product, giving it a slightly harder feel. and,
In the event of a collision, the panel does not sink beyond a certain level, and can support and stop the product from moving forward. In this way, the front part of the cushion pad can be stripped without damaging its shape, reducing its weight. It is also possible to provide different soft and hard feels depending on the amount of seat pressure using just the leaf spring, and the structure is simple and easy to assemble. It can also be easily converted to C and inexpensively.
