  1. ミキサと、ＢＰＦと、基準発振器と、ＢＰＦ出
    力信号と基準発振器出力信号の位相を比較する位
    相検波器と、この位相検波器の周囲温度を検出す
    る温度センサーと、前記位相検波器の出力の検波
    電圧を平滑化するデイジタルフイルタと、このデ
    イジタルフイルタの出力の制御電圧により発振周
    波数を制御される電圧制御発振器とを備えた自動
    周波数制御装置。
