Claims (1)
子が発光状態のとき光起電力に基ずく所定電圧を
アノード電極およびカソード電極間に発生させる
光起電力素子群と、前記アノード電極およびカソ
ード電極間に接続される放電用の第一の抵抗素子
と、前記アノード電極およびカソード電極にそれ
ぞれゲート電極およびバツクゲート電極が接続さ
れ、ドレイン電極およびカソード電極が第二の抵
抗素子を介して電源端子に接続され且つ前記ゲー
ト電極およびバツクゲート電極間に前記所定電圧
が印加されると出力を反転させるスイツチ手段と
しての第一の電界効果トランジスタと、ゲート電
極相互を前記第一の電界効果トランジスタの前記
ソース電極に接続し、それぞれのドレイン電極を
出力端子に且つそれぞれのソース電極に接続され
たバツクゲート電極相互を前記第二の抵抗素子と
前記電源端子との間に接続され、これらのゲート
電極およびバツクゲート電極間に前記所定電圧が
印加されると出力を反転させるスイツチ手段とし
ての第二の電界効果トランジスタとを有すること
