1 had a secondary agitator 3 at the end of the main agitator 2. The secondary agitator 3 has a rotor 7 mounted on a secondary holder 6 attached to an agitator shaft 6 press-fitted into the holder 4 of the main agitator 2, and the rotor 7 is made of a combustible material. and a secondary agitator on the circumference.
The stirring blade 8 had a length of about 5 m in the thrust direction of the rotor 3 and a thickness of about 1 fl, and had three stirring blades 8 protruding in the radial direction of the rotor 7. When the sub-agitator 3 rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the main agitator 2, the stirring blade 8 stirs up dust in the corner of the room that cannot be captured by the main agitator 2, and sucks the dust into the vacuum cleaner body. This improves the dust collection performance of the parts.

課題を発生させた。Problem to be Solved by the Invention However, when the agitating blade 8 stirs up fine and long fibrous dust such as hair, it is sucked into the main agitator chamber 1o through a passage communicating between the sub-agitator chamber 9 and the main agitator chamber 10. Before this happens, the stirring blade 8 gets caught in the rotation direction. When this phenomenon accumulates, one end of the entangled hair will be pulled by the resistance of the carpet, etc., and the other end will be pulled by the rotor 7.
When the winding phenomenon continues, the dust intrusion prevention gasket A11. Bearing A that pushes away the packing B12 and rotatably holds the agitator shaft 6
13. This caused a problem in that the particles entered the center of the bearing B14 and eventually wrapped around the agitator shaft 6, stopping the rotation.

ある。Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve these conventional problems, the first means of the present invention is to rotatably support a main agitator and a sub-agitator located at an end of the main agitator by bearings, The sub-agitator is attached to the main body of the suction device together with the driving source thereof, and the sub-agitator has flexible stirring blades formed to protrude in the outer circumferential direction from the circumferential surface of the substantially cylindrical rotor, and the bearing is attached to the sub-agitator.
A cylindrical protection cylinder located on the outer periphery of the substantially cylindrical rotor is provided near the base of the stirring blade, and the second means is such that the protection cylinder has a cylindrical protection cylinder located on the outer periphery of the rotor. A third means is provided with a dust scraping rib that is inclined with respect to the thrust direction of the dust scraping rib.The third means is that the dust scraping rib is made to protrude from the end surface of the protective cylinder toward the stirring blade side.

るものである。Operation In the first means of the present invention, the bearing is provided near the base of the stirring blade of a cylindrical protection cylinder located on the outer periphery of the sub-agitator (substantially cylindrical rotor), and By overlapping the substantially cylindrical rotor with the protective cylinder of the bearing, it is possible to prevent hair, etc., from becoming entangled around the outer periphery of the substantially cylindrical rotor. In the second means, a dust removal rib is provided on the outer periphery of the protective cylinder, and the rib is inclined with respect to the thrust direction of the bearing. Keep dust such as hair rotating on the outer periphery away from the bearing to prevent hair from curling up.
In the third means, the dust removal rib is made to protrude from the end face of the protection tube toward the stirring blade, thereby improving the effect of keeping hair away from the bearing.

ある。By the way, when the stirring blades 46 stir up thin and long fibrous dust such as hair and roll it in in the rotation direction before suctioning it into the vacuum cleaner body through the suction chamber 26, the three stirring blades 4
It wraps around the base of the main agitator 32 of No. 6. As this phenomenon gradually accumulates, it is transmitted along the outer circumference of the rotor 44 to the bearing A33. Although the fibrous dust tries to enter the B 34, the protection tube 47 prevents it from wrapping around the rotor 44, and at the same time, the fibrous dust scraped up by the rotor 44 is dragged by the rotor 44 and rotates. Since the outer diameter of the rotor 44 is smaller than the inner diameter of the protective tube 47, that is, the fixed part is located outside of the axis relative to the rotating part, the winding phenomenon is less likely to occur, and the shaft 36 This prevents dust from entering the penetration part. Moreover, the rotor 4
The fibrous dust rotating along with the bearing A33.4 hits the inclined surface 49 of the dust scraping rib 48 of the protection cylinder 47 and is scraped out from the opening A37° to the direction B38. It is always kept away from the same B34 to cause the curling phenomenon.

In the second means, a dust removal rib is provided on the outer periphery of the protection cylinder and is inclined with respect to the thrust direction of the bearing. The third means is to keep dust such as hair rotating on the outer periphery of the protective tube away from the bearing and to prevent the occurrence of curling of hair. By protruding from the end face of the cylinder toward the stirring blade, the effect of keeping hair and the like away from the bearing is improved.
