Conventionally, as a device for removing contaminants from oil, there is an electrostatic purifier in which a high-voltage electrode and a ground electrode are arranged in a septic tank, and contaminated oil flows from the bottom to the top of the septic tank between the two electrodes. In this type of electrostatic purifier, a dielectric dust collector is placed between the electrodes,
This dust collecting body is designed to capture most of the contaminants in the oil. Therefore, if a large amount of contaminants are trapped in the dust collector, it is necessary to replace the dust collector. Conventionally, this dust collector is placed between fixed electrodes in the septic tank, so
For example, when the dust collectors are arranged in multiple layers with electrodes in between, the task of replacing them is troublesome. Furthermore, since the electrodes are fixed, it is not possible to change the distance between the electrodes, that is, the width of the dust collector. As described above, in conventional electrostatic purifiers, there are problems with the workability when replacing the dust collector, such as the work being troublesome and the operator getting dirty easily, and also due to the structure, the spacing between the electrodes and the collection There were problems such as the size of the dust body being fixed.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by making it easier to replace the dust collector in an electrostatic purifier, and by arbitrarily changing the number of electrodes and the number of dust collectors. The object of the present invention is to provide a dust collector for an electrostatic purifier that can be used.

In FIG. 1, the dust collector 1 has cylindrical dust collectors 7 arranged in multiple layers, cylindrical electrodes 2 and 3 are arranged between each dust collector 7, and electrodes are also arranged on the outer periphery. 4 is placed. The center of the innermost dust collector 7 is hollow, into which a cylindrical electrode is inserted. A high voltage is applied to this electrode from the outside. The center part becomes the high voltage electrode, the electrode 2 on the outside becomes the ground electrode, the electrode 3 on the outside becomes the high voltage electrode, the electrode 4 on the outside becomes the ground electrode, and so on. A low voltage electrode is placed. The high voltage electrode bridging piece 5 connects these high voltage electrodes, and the ground electrode bridging piece 6 connects the ground electrode. As shown in Fig. 1b, the dust collector 7 and the electrodes 2 to 4 have their bottom surfaces aligned, but the dust collector 7 is raised only at the upper part indicated by "A". .
This is necessary to ensure the insulation distance between the bridging piece 5 of the high voltage electrode and the ground electrode 2, and between the bridging piece 6 of the ground electrode and the high voltage electrode 3. The configuration in which the bridge pieces 5 and 6 connecting between the electrodes are provided at the top as shown in FIG.
The upper part, where there are fewer contaminants, is advantageous in that it has excellent insulation properties. The dust collecting body 7 is made of dielectric material, and is made of, for example, paper folded into a cylindrical shape, as shown in a perspective view in FIG. 1c. The dust collector 1 is integrally constructed so that when a large amount of contaminants adhere to the dust collector 7, the electrodes 2 to 4 can be replaced as well.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of an electrostatic purifier using the dust collector 1 and electrode rod 8 as described above. The septic tank 14 is provided with an oil intake port 17 at the bottom, an oil outlet 18 at the top, and a high-pressure insulator 16 and a high-voltage terminal 15 at the bottom. The high voltage terminal 15 and the septic tank 14 are the high voltage insulator 1
6 and is electrically insulated by high voltage terminal 1
A high voltage is applied to 5, and the septic tank 14 is grounded. In the septic tank 14, the dust collector 1, the electrode rod 8, etc. are arranged as shown by dotted lines, and the high voltage terminal 15 and the electrode rod 8 are connected through the high voltage electrode connection hole 13 of the stand 12. When replacing the dust collector 1, by pulling the electrode rod 8 upward, the portion indicated by the dotted line is warped and removed. If the replaced dust collector 1 has the same outer diameter,
The dust collector may be made up of three layers as shown in FIG. 1, or may be made up of five layers, and such changes can be made arbitrarily. In the case of the electrostatic purifier shown in FIG.
A high voltage is applied from the dust collector 1 through the electrode rod 8, and the electrodes on the outer periphery of the dust collector 1 are grounded through the septic tank 14.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the dust collector and the electrode are combined into a cylindrical shape so that the dust collector can be removed from the central electrode rod. Replacement work can be easily performed, and the work efficiency is improved because the worker's hands are less likely to get dirty. It also becomes easy to change the number of layers of the dust collecting body and electrodes of the dust collecting device.
