[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a seine net for seine netting. [Prior art and its problems] In general, the seine used in seine fishing gear has an intimidating effect on schools of fish, both visually and through the sound of the seine cutting water, but this effect is extremely small, and rather causes schools of fish to move in all directions. This caused the fish to escape, resulting in a poor lure of fish to the seine, which in turn had a significant impact on overall fishing efficiency. Also, as shown in Utility Model Publication No. 38-21269,
The arm nets that make up the seine fishing gear have luminescence,
A system has been proposed in which the school of fish between the two nets is made aware of the net and is therefore intimidated;
This only prevents the school of fish from escaping through the net, and has no effect on the school of fish in front of the net. Furthermore, since the light-emitting means of the above-mentioned sleeve net was a means of applying a luminescent substance to the net thread, the luminescent layer may be lost during handling of the fishing gear and the luminous ability may be lost, or the net thread may become There were also economic issues such as increased water resistance, increased towing resistance, and increased fuel costs. The purpose of the present invention was to solve the problems of the prior art by simple yet rational means. This system makes the presence of the seine visible to the schools of fish in between, rationally prevents the schools of fish from escaping from the seine, and effectively guides the schools of fish to the mouth of the seine, using seine fishing gear with high fishing efficiency. This is what we intend to provide. [Means for Solving the Problems] The structure of the present invention, which solves the problems of the prior art, is to replace the seine fishing gear with synthetic resin and a phosphorescent fluorescent substance.
It is characterized by being composed of a rope made entirely or partially of synthetic fibers mixed and spun at a weight ratio of 0.1 to 30%, or a formed rope. [Example] The details of the example will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. Figure 1 is an explanatory diagram of one seine fishing gear, Figure 2 is an illustration of two

The left and right sleeve nets 1 constituting the net are connected to a seine work boat 3 by left and right seine nets 2. This idea is
The dragnet 2 is made of a rope made entirely or partially of synthetic fibers made by mixing and spinning a luminescent material into a synthetic resin (e.g., polyethylene) at a weight ratio of 0.1 to 30%, or a molded rope. It is something. The cubic shape indicated by the chain line in Fig. 3 is

The lattice pattern shown in the figure shows the fence state of light formed by towing the seine net 2. Forms of luminescence include bioluminescence, chemiluminescence, and phosphors such as organic and inorganic phosphors. While organic phosphors have a short luminescence time, inorganic phosphors have a long luminescence time and appear as an afterglow, and are called phosphorescent phosphors. There is also a limit to the luminescent life of this luminous phosphor, and as a special product that has improved this point, there is a self-luminous material that is made by mixing a trace amount of radioactive isotope into an inorganic phosphor. Of these, bioluminescence requires storage at low temperatures and is difficult to handle, while chemiluminescence has difficulties in reuse. Also,
Both bioluminescence and chemiluminescence are extremely difficult to incorporate into synthetic resins. Organic luminescent materials have too short a time to emit stored light energy and cannot be used in the practical application of the present invention; self-luminous materials, which are inorganic phosphors mixed with radioactive isotopes, may cause damage to the phosphor due to radiation or cause damage to the human body. The present invention cannot be put to practical use due to the problem of radiation damage to the body. Actual practice of conventional technology 1977-
In Publication No. 21269, these substances are referred to as "luminous substances" or "self-luminous substances," and the luminescent substances are not specifically specified. However, in view of the above-mentioned problems, in this invention, synthetic resins, etc. We chose a phosphorescent material as the luminescent material for the following reasons: it can be mixed with other substances, it can be reused, and it is the simplest and easiest way to use light energy as an external energy source for emitting light. . Next, the reason why it was specified in the present invention to mix the phosphorescent fluorescent substance with the synthetic resin at a weight ratio of 0.1 to 30% will be explained. Table 1 shows the use of phosphorescent fluorescent substances in polyethylene resin.
This figure shows the yarn strength when mixed spinning is performed with different mixing ratios, and the change over time in the brightness due to light emission at a position 10 mm away from the yarn surface. The visual acuity of fish varies depending on the species, but they are extremely sensitive species and can see objects up to a brightness of 10 -5 Lux, and the trawling time for bottom trawl nets is generally 2 hours and 30 minutes. Since then, during this time
In order to maintain a brightness of 10 -5 Lux or more, as is clear from the table below, a mixing ratio of 0.1% or more is required. In addition, in order to make spinning possible, a mixing ratio of 30% is the limit; if the mixing ratio is higher than this, yarn breakage occurs frequently or spinning becomes impossible. For the above reasons, in this invention, the weight ratio of the phosphorescent material mixed into the synthetic resin is set at 0.1~
30%.

As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. (a) In deep sea areas where little sunlight penetrates during the day, or during operations at night, for example, schools of fish caught between the left and right seine nets are formed by luminescent seine nets as shown in Figure 4. In order to avoid approaching the seine net by visually recognizing the presence of the glowing wall, the school of fish in front of the net fishing gear sandwiched between the seine nets is directed toward the seine section and outward. The fish do not escape and are guided directly to the mouth of the seine and captured, improving fishing efficiency. (b) Catch data using the net fishing gear of the present invention as a bottom trawl net is as shown in the table below.
