  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力端子に非反転入力側が接続された第１、第
    ２差動増幅器と、 その第１差動増幅器の非反転出力を平均値検波
    する第１平均値検波回路と、 上記第１差動増幅器の反転出力の正電圧をピー
    ク値検波する第１ピーク値検波回路と、 上記第１平均値検波回路の出力と上記第１ピー
    ク値検波回路の出力との差を増幅して上記第１差
    動増幅器の反転入力側へ帰還する第３差動増幅器
    と、 上記第１差動増幅器の非反転出力と反転出力と
    が供給される第１比較器と、 上記第２差動増幅器の非反転出力の正電圧をピ
    ーク値検波する第２ピーク値検波回路と、 上記第２差動増幅器の反転出力を平均値検波す
    る第２平均値検波回路と、 上記第２ピーク値検波回路の出力と上記第２平
    均値検波回路の出力との差を増幅して上記第２差
    動増幅器の反転入力側へ帰還する第４差動増幅器
    と、 上記第２差動増幅器の非反転出力と反転出力と
    が供給される第２比較器と、 上記第１比較器の出力と上記第２比較器の出力
