The conductor 1 is made of aluminum or the like, and the conductor 1 is crimped and bonded to a ceramic brush 3 at a caulking portion 4 . This ceramic brush 3 is integrally formed with a protrusion 3a extending in the axial direction, as shown in FIG. 2, to improve the bonding force during crimping and to increase the contact area with the conductor 1. The conductor 1 and the ceramic brush 3 may be crimped and bonded by a crimping method using plastic deformation or melting of the conductor 1. Plastic deformation can be achieved by pressing a part of the surface from both sides using a press machine or the like, such as the caulking part 4, or by simultaneously pressing the entire surface and plastically deforming it.

In FIG. 4, the surface of the protrusion 3c is roughened, such as a corrugated surface, and the adhesion is further improved when the conductor 1 is crimped. As another method for improving adhesiveness, it is also possible to apply and fill the protrusions 3a, 3b, and 3c with a conductive adhesive.

Since the conductivity of conductive ceramics is lower than that of copper, the resistance can be increased or decreased by adjusting the length of the conductor 1, and the required characteristics can be obtained. Improved reliability and conductivity 1. Improved workability. , which has the effect of improving performance.
