[Prior art and its issues gl Various types of Bentouch type information input devices have been proposed and used in the past, but most of the capacitive coupling types apply pulses sequentially to electrode wires arranged on a digitizer, and The pulse was detected using a signal detection pen that was electrostatically coupled to the applied electrode wire. (Tokuko Sho 52-2373
Publication No. 9, Publication No. 53-19494, Publication No. 53-371
(Refer to Publication No. 63, etc.) In this state, the signal detection pen and the main body are connected by a cable, which makes it difficult to operate during input, and because the amplifier is housed inside the signal detection pen, the S/N ratio is poor due to external noise etc. There was a problem. In order to improve operability, a signal detection pen without a cable, that is, a wireless type, has been proposed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1983-5395 filed by the present applicant. This Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-5395 has a detection unit that detects the signal transmitted from the tablet and a control circuit that receives the electromagnetic waves transmitted from this detection unit, so it is more effective as a wireless device. However, the so-called signal detection pen has a complicated internal structure, and the signal detected by the signal detection pen is processed using radio waves, so the S/N ratio has not been sufficiently improved.

Similar to conventional tablets, the tablet 2 has a plurality of electrode wires arranged in the X and Y axis directions, and each electrode wire is connected to the receiving electrode wire switch 11 of the signal receiving means 10 shown only in one axial direction. It is connected. The signal receiving means 10 further includes an amplifier 12, a filter 13 for extracting only a carrier wave of a predetermined frequency, a detection circuit 14, and an analog-to-digital conversion circuit 15, which are connected to a control circuit 20.

Next, the operation will be explained. First, the start switch 5 is turned on, power is supplied from the battery 4, the voltage state of the battery 4 is checked by the battery voltage drop display circuit 3, and if the battery voltage is good, a signal excited by the oscillation circuit 6 is output. is superimposed on the carrier wave generated by the carrier wave switch 7 and applied to the tip of the signal transmitting pen 8. (See Figure 2A) Here,
The X and Y coordinates of each electrode wire of the tablet 2 are sequentially scanned by an operation switching signal as shown in FIG. 2B.

When the signal transmitting pen 8 is held in the hand of the operator and touches a desired position on the tablet 2, the electrode wire close to the position where the signal transmitting pen 8 touches is exposed as shown in FIG. 2C. A carrier wave signal is induced. The carrier wave signal induced in this electrode line is sent to an amplifier 12 via a reception electrode line switch 11.
(see the second diagram), and a filter 13 extracts only carrier waves of a predetermined frequency. (See Figure 2 E)
At this time, by passing the signal through the filter 13, all noise parts other than a predetermined frequency are cut out, thereby improving the S/N ratio. The carrier wave signal selected by the filter 13 is demodulated by the detection circuit 14, and the signals detected at each electrode wire become DC signals corresponding to the position information as shown in FIG. The signal is applied to the control circuit 20, where it is processed as position information and sent to the computer.
Although the activation switch 5 is shown in this embodiment, it goes without saying that the signal transmitting pen 8 may also be provided with switches corresponding to other functions.
