Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 磁石と、該磁石の磁界内に配置されたコイルと
を具備し、該コイルに通電することによつて、電
磁力の作用で前記磁石およびコイルの相対関係を
変化させ、これらの磁石およびコイルのいずれか
一方に連結された出力軸を直線的に動作させるよ
うにした直動型アクチユエータにおいて、 温度変化に対する抵抗値変化特性が前記コイル
と逆の特性である感温抵抗体を備え、該感温抵抗
体は前記コイルに直列に接続され、かつ、該コイ
ルに近接して配置されたことを特徴とする直動型
アクチユエータ。
