This drawback is particularly noticeable when heavy spherical media such as steel balls are used.

This is a vibrating barrel processing machine having a barrel tank with a triangular guide, which is characterized in that an annular triangular guide whose lower part is inclined so as to approach the circumferential wall of the cylindrical portion is attached. Further, the triangular guide is attached to the peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion so as to be movable in the vertical direction.

If so, you can almost achieve your goal. Also, depending on the amount of mass, the flow surface of the mass moves up and down, so if the annular triangular guide is moved up and down to match this, the flow state of the mass can be made even smoother.

Since the flow surface of the mass can be brought into contact with the guide, the mass can flow smoothly along the guide and separation of the media and the workpiece can be prevented. Therefore, even if the work is relatively lightweight, the purpose of the work can be achieved without floating. Furthermore, by making the triangular guide movable, the guide can be adjusted to the best position depending on the amount of mass.

Figures 1 and 2 show a stepless annular barrel tank in which the present invention is applied, and the inner wall is lined with rubber or synthetic resin. The cylindrical portion 4 of the barrel tank 1 which has been subjected to the above steps is fixed to the flange 11. The flange 11 is suspended on a spring 3 mounted on a frame 2.
A motor 5 is fixed to the motor receiver 12 attached to the cylindrical portion 4, and unbalance weights 6, 6a are fixed to the upper and lower ends of its rotating shaft. When the motor 5 is driven, the rotating shaft and the unbalanced weights 6, 6a are rotated, and the barrel tank 1 and the mass within the barrel tank are vibrated to machine a workpiece. The state of movement of the mass in the tank during this processing is such that the mass is vibrated and moves circularly in the vertical direction within the barrel tank as shown by arrow 8 in Figure 1, and moves forward as shown by arrow 9 in Figure 2. As a result, as shown by arrow 8a in the figure, the material flows spirally in the barrel tank, and the workpiece is processed by the media. The barrel tank 1 has a circular vertical cross section, is open at the top, and has a vertical frame 10 on the outer wall.

事ができる。 In the present invention, as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 3, an annular triangular guide 7 having a substantially triangular vertical cross section is fitted and fixed to the peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion 4. The triangular guide 7 is formed into a hollow shape by lining the surface of an iron plate with rubber or synthetic resin, and is attached to the cylindrical portion 4 with bolts 14 and nuts 15. The triangular guide 7 is attached to the cylinder 4 so that the mass flow surface contacts the descending side surface 7a of the triangular guide. Normally, as a general rule, processing is carried out by charging almost 100% of the mass into the barrel tank 1, and the upper surface of the mass has a flowing surface shape as shown in A in Figure 3, and the mass flows. The workpieces floating on the surface are quickly guided into the mass along the descending side surface 7a of the triangular guide, so there is no deformation or dents caused by collisions between the workpieces, and a uniform finish can be achieved. Can be done.

る。 Next, FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the mounting position of the triangular guide can be adjusted. To adjust this mounting position,
A long hole 13 is provided in the cylindrical portion 4 of the barrel tank in the vertical direction,
A bolt 14 is inserted into the elongated hole 13 and screwed into a nut 15 attached to the triangular guide 7. Normally, as a general rule, machining is carried out by charging 100% of the capacity of the mass into the barrel tank, so the triangular guide 7 is installed at the position shown by the solid line in Fig. 4, similar to the embodiment shown in Fig. 3. If the media is worn out and the mass amount is, for example, 70% of the barrel tank capacity (if the mass amount is less than 70%, the polishing power will be halved, so add or replace the media and reduce the mass amount to the barrel tank capacity. (must be 100% of can do. Therefore, if the structure is such that the position of the triangular guide can be adjusted, even if the mass amount is within or outside of 100%, the mounting position of the triangular guide can be appropriately adjusted to allow polishing under optimal polishing conditions.

効果もある。(Effect of the invention) That is, according to the invention, an annular guide having a substantially triangular vertical section is attached to the upper circumferential wall of the cylindrical part of the barrel tank and bulged, so that the flow surface of the mass can come into contact with the descending side surface of the annular guide. Because of this, the mass flows smoothly along the guide, which has the effect of preventing the media from separating from the workpiece. As a result, even relatively lightweight workpieces can be spread evenly without floating. It has the effect of polishing. Furthermore, by making the triangular guide movable up and down, it is possible to adjust the triangular guide to the best position depending on the amount of mass during use.
