Claims (1)
- スピンドル３の上部に、中心にスプライン断面
形状の貫通孔１３を有する円盤状の回転工具４を
固定し、該回転工具４の上方に上下方向に移動可
能な保持具８を備えたスプラインシヤト等の端部
処理装置において、前記保持具８で加工物１０を
保持し、前記回転工具４の歯形１１の刃面１２を
前記加工物１０の歯形１４のバリ発生側側面１５
に接圧した状態で、前記加工物１０の下方に備え
たノツクアウトパンチ５により押し抜くことによ
り、加工物１０の端部を処理することを特徴とす
るスプラインシヤフト等の端部処理装置。
