材となるカーボンブラック等の撥水性物質の微粉体を水

(発明が解決しようとする課題)
ところで、水に界面活性剤や塩酸を加え、これをカーボ
ンブラックに含浸させる方法は、カーボンブラックが水
に濡れた後界面活性剤や塩酸を除去する操作が必要とな

(実施例)
本発明の撥水性物質を水に濡らす方法の一実施例を図に
よって説明すると、スタータ−1の水槽2に水温26℃

粉体導入バイブ5を貫通して取付けた蓋6を封塞して、
前記微粉体の導入パイプ5の一旦開口を水槽2内の下部
の水中に位置させる。そして他端開口に5gのカーボン

以上の説明で判るように本発明の撥水性物質を水に濡ら
す方法は、撥水性物質の微粉体を、強撹拌中に水の中に
直接真空引きにより導入して、水泡に包み、瞬時に水に
濡らすので、大気中に飛散することがなくて、ロスが極
めて少なく、また水に界面活性剤や塩酸等を添加するこ
とが無いので、撥水性物質の微粉体が水に濡れた後、そ
れらの添加物を除去する操作が不要で極めて作業性が良
