Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイアフラムをハウジング内に配設して第１区
    画および第２の区画を形成し、第１の区画および
    第２の区画のうち少なくとも一方内にダイアフラ
    ムの移動を規制するためのスプリングを配設し、
    ダイアフラムに一端部の取付けられたロツドの他
    端部を第２の区画を横断せしめたのちハウジング
    のロツド貫通部に配設されたベアリングを介して
    ハウジング外へ延長せしめており、第１の区画お
    よび第２の区画のうち少なくとも一方の圧力を変
    化せしめてハウジング内へのロツドの引込量を調
    節し後続の被作動体を動作せしめてなるダイアフ
    ラムアクチユエータにおいて、ベアリングが、ロ
    ツドの周面に配置されており互いに結合されてベ
    アリングハウジングを形成する１組の耐熱材料製
    のベアリングハウジング半体と、ハウジングのロ
    ツド貫通部に配設されておりベアリングハウジン
    グを抱持するためのベアリング抱持部材と、ベア
    リング抱持部材の内周面とベアリングハウジング
    の周面との間に挿入される耐熱材料製のベアリン
    グ玉とを包有してなることを特徴とするダイアフ
    ラムアクチユエータ。
