配管側の組込み状態が不確実な場合の一部切欠き
断面による説明図である。 １……コネクター本体、３′……掛支壁、１０
……確認部材、１１，１１′……支持腕、１１１
，１１′１……爪壁、１２……スプリング部材。

Claims (1)
- 軸芯内部に先端の流通孔に連つて段付き小径室
と、その後方に段付き拡径室とを貫設し、且つ該
拡径室の後端周壁部を掛支壁とするコネクター本
体の前記小径室側にシールリング部材を内装する
と共に、その後方に鍔壁を有する円環ブツシユを
挿着し、更に拡径室部にあつて前記掛支壁の周壁
部に、その先端側の対向する部位に先方に傾斜す
る爪壁を突設した別体のソケツト体を係着して該
爪壁部をコネクター本体側の前記拡径室の周壁に
穿設した長孔からなる対向する係合孔に掛合して
組付け、配管の接続側に設けた外方への環状膨出
壁部を前記拡径室内部に位置して組付けた接続状
態にあつて、前記爪壁の先端部で該膨出壁部を弾
発状に係合可能に構成してなる接続用コネクター
において、前記コネクター本体１の外周側に、後
方に対向して突設した支持腕１１，１１′端部の
爪壁１１１，１１′１を前記掛支壁３′の周壁頂
部に掛支し、且つその先方側に該コネクター本体
の外側段部との間にスプリング部材１２を介在し
て軸芯方向に付勢してなる確認部材１０を被着せ
しめ、配管Ｐの適正組付け状態時に前記爪壁１１
１，１１′１部での掛支が外ずれて確認部材１０
が先方に軸方向に移動するように構成したことを
特徴とする細径配管接続用コネクター。
