<Prior Art> FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a microwave oven including a cutout of a main part of a heating chamber, and 1 is a microwave oven main body 2.
side wall surface 3 forming the heating chamber 1.
and the ceiling wall surface 4 are joined together by crimping by pressing the bent portion 4' of the ceiling wall surface 4 into the bent portion 3' of the side wall surface 3, as shown in the enlarged sectional view of FIG. has been done. Incidentally, although not shown in detail, the caulking joint portion 5 marked with diagonal lines in the heating chamber 1 is connected to other side wall surfaces, the front plate,
The rear plates are joined together by the caulking described above. In the heating chamber 1 which is caulked and joined in this way, oil adhering to the surface is cleaned in a cleaning process after the joining process. It becomes extremely difficult to clean the oil adhering to the small gap 6 between the bending part 4', and the heat used in the painting and drying process of the inner wall surface of the heating chamber 1 damages the metal and the caulked joint part. This causes the inconvenience that oil etc. expands and flows into the heating chamber 1 as shown by arrow A.
This spilled oil mixed with undried paint and caused painting defects.

<Structure> The present invention has been made in order to achieve the above-mentioned object, and in the caulking joint of the heating chamber of a cooking appliance formed by caulking, a caulking joint piece formed on the outside of the heating chamber is provided. It is characterized by the provision of small holes.

Next, the operation and effect of the embodiment of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration will be explained. After painting the caulked and joined inner wall surface of the heating chamber 1, when hot air is applied in the drying process, Oil and the like adhering to the small gap 6 between the bent portion 3' of the side wall surface 3 and the bent portion 4' of the ceiling wall surface 4 are formed on the bent portion 3' of the side wall surface 3 of the heating chamber 1. The water flows out of the heating chamber 1 from the small hole 7 as shown by the arrow B, and hardly flows into the inside of the heating chamber 1.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the caulking joint between the side wall surface 3 and the ceiling wall surface 4 of the heating chamber 1 was explained.
Even in the caulking joints of other members constituting the heating chamber 1, such as the ceiling surface and the rear panel, small holes are provided in the caulking joint pieces formed on the outside of the heating chamber 1, so that oil can be kept inside the heating chamber 1. etc. can be prevented from flowing out.

<Effects> As explained above, the present invention provides a small hole in the caulking joint piece formed on the outside of the heating chamber in the caulking joint of the heating chamber of the cooking appliance which is caulked. It is possible to prevent oils, etc. adhering to the small gaps formed between the caulked joints of the chamber from flowing into the heating chamber, and also to ensure that the heating chamber painting and drying processes can be carried out reliably. It has high practical value.
