Claims (1)
- 入出口を有するケース内にフイルタを配設し、
ケースの入口側にバーナ装置を取付けるとともに
排気導入管を設け、排気導入管に補助エア吸入管
を設け、補助エア吸入管に、先端のバイパス口が
バーナ装置外側に開放するバイパス管を連結して
成る排気微粒子装置。
