縮器に吐出する吐出室と、作動圧路、該作動圧路
を通して吐出室から作動圧が導入される加圧室お
よび該加圧室内の圧力を受けて移動する受圧部材
を有し、該受圧部材の移動に応じて吸入室から圧
縮室に吸入されて冷媒の吸入量を変化させること
ができる吸入量可変機構と、作動圧路上に設けら
れ、加圧室に供給する作動圧を調整して吸入量可
変機構の作動を制御する制御弁と、制御弁を駆動
して圧縮室に吸入される冷媒の吸入量を変化させ
、吐出室から凝縮機に吐出される冷媒の吐出量を
可変制御する可変制御手段と、を備えた可変容量
圧縮機において、前記吸入量可変機構が、加圧室
の圧力を徐々に減圧するオリフイス孔を有し、前
記可変制御手段が、制御弁に係合し、制御信号に
対応する駆動力を発生して制御弁を駆動する駆動
ユニツトと、空調装置の作動状態を検知するセン
サと、センサからの検知情報に基づき、空調装置
の作動状態に応じた制御信号を駆動ユニツトに与
えるコントローラと、を有することを特徴とする
