以上のように本発明によれば、予め表皮材が貼り合わさ

リット部を印圧成形し、そののちに基材の端末部を切断
スリット部から切り離して表皮材より剥離させた上で、
残された表皮材の端末部を基材の裏側に折り返して止着
するようにしたことにより、従来工法に比べて加工工程
数を大幅に削減できるようになり、従来と同等の美粧性
