Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 側面の軸方向に複数の溝を設けたスリツプリン
グ軸にリングホルダーを嵌合し、前記スリツプリ
ング軸の前記溝を通して引き出されたリード線の
先端の裸線を前記リングホルダーの切欠きからそ
の表面に導き出し、前記リングホルダーの外側に
前記リード線の裸線と接触させる金属リングを嵌
着させてなり、前記スリツプリング軸に前記リン
グホルダー及び前記金属リングを複数個重ね、該
金属リングの外表面に接触する接点部材を介して
ピエゾ素子を作動するロータリープリントヘツド
用スリツプリングの構造において、 金属リングが、銅系リング基材にニツケルメツ
キ層から成る中間材を下地とし硬質金メツキ層か
ら成る表面材を施こして成り、かつこれに接触す
る接点部材の少なくとも接点部分がカーボン系材
料より成ることを特徴とするロータリープリント
ヘツド用スリツプリングの金属リング及びその接
点部材の改良。
