線上の少なくとも２点２７，２９でサーマルヘツ
ドに固定される所定形状の板ばねにより形成され
、該板ばねは上記２点を結ぶ線に略直交する軸線
上で回転可能に軸支されることを特徴とするサー
マルプリンタのサーマルヘツド加圧支持機構。 ２ サーマルヘツドをプラテンに所定の接触圧で
押圧保持するサーマルプリンタのサーマルヘツド
加圧支持機構であつて、サーマルヘツド１１を保
持する支持フレーム２１は略十字形に延びる一対
の腕部分２３，２５を有する板ばねにより形成さ
れ、一方の腕部分２５はプラテンの軸線方向に見
てサーマルヘツドの略中央対向部に固定される取
り付け部２７，２９を形成し、他方の腕部分２３
はサーマルヘツドの長手方向全長にわたつてこれ
を跨がるように延びかつその両端がサーマルヘツ
ドの板圧方向に曲げられる折曲部４１，４３を形
成し、該折曲部はサーマルプリンタ本体１０に枢
着され、更に、上記一方の腕部の一端はサーマル
プリンタ本体に回転自在に軸支されるカム６１に
係止するカム従節３９を有し、サーマルヘツドは
上記取り付け部のみにより２点で支持フレームに
固定支持されることを特徴とするサーマルプリン
