- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透明な原稿台と、原稿を原稿台に沿つて通過す
るように搬送する原稿搬送手段と、原稿が原稿台
を通過するときその原稿を照明する照明手段と、
該照明手段による原稿読取領域における原稿から
の反射光を読取る原稿読取手段とを有する原稿読
取装置において、 前記原稿読取領域の前記原稿台に対向し、主走
査方向に回転軸を有し、その周囲が原稿台と所定
の間隔を隔てて回転するバツクアツプローラを有
しており、該バツクアツプローラは揺動可能に配
置されたアームに回転可能に支持され、バツクア
ツプローラが回転する際に前記原稿台に押圧する
方向の力が付勢されることを特徴とする原稿読取
装置。
