さLmaxの範囲外となつたときは、最小ブーム
長さLmin又は最大ブーム長さLmaxと前記
ブーム長さLとの差eを再補正値として演算し
、検出されたブーム長さLOに該再補正値
順次加算して自動的に補正することを特徴とする
