Description
本考案は電子部品を装備したユニツトボツクス
を収納するラツクの改良に関する。
従来、電算機、電話交換機の電子機器に於て、
第1図に示す如く電子部品を内蔵した複数のユ
ニツトボツクス5を規格寸法のラツクに収容して
システム化することが行なわれており、この場
合、各ユニツトボツクス5は、ラツクの縦柱1に
予め規格ピツチ毎に開設されたネジ孔4にビス止
めして固定される。
ところが高性能の電子部品が次々に開発される
に伴ない、ラツク内の全てのユニツトボツクス或
は一部のユニツトボツクスを新規なユニツトボツ
クスに取換え、システムの性能向上を画る場合、
新規なユニツトボツクスがラツクと同じ規格で作
られておれば、ユニツトボツクスの交換に何ら問
題はないが、例えばラツクはJIS規格の一般電子
機器用ラツクの寸法に準じており、入れ替える新
規なユニツトボツクスは外国から輸入品であつ
て、EIA STANDARDに準じている場合、ラツ
クの開口幅とボツクスの幅の関係で、交換出来な
いことがある。
又、ラツクの開口幅が許容最大寸法に形成され
て、ユニツトボツクスの収容が可能な場合でも、
該ボツクスのビス挿入用切欠き6,6の間隔Hと
ラツクの縦柱1のネジ孔4,4のピツチは一致せ
ずラツクの固定が出来ない。
本考案はラツクの開口幅をEIA規格に合せても
JIS規格のラツクの幅寸法に納めることが出来、
且つラツクの種類によつてはラツクの外形寸法は
EIA、JISの何れの規格も殆んど変らないことに
着目し、ラツクの縦柱に工夫を施すことにより、
ラツクに収容したJIS、EIAの何れの規格のユニ
ツトボツクスでもビス止めが出来るユニツトボツ
クス収納ラツクを提供するものである。
以下図面に示す実施例に基づき本考案を具体的
に説明する。

上記表から判る様に、JIS規格内に納まり、且
つEIAのユニツトボツクスが収容出来るラツクの
製作は可能である。又、両縦柱1,1のネジ孔
4,4間の距離Dも略等しい。
ところが、ユニツトボツクス5の前板51に開
設したビス挿通用の切欠き6,6の間隔Hが、
JISとEIAでは異なる。即ちJIS規格では間隔Hは
50mmの倍数であるのに対し、EIAでは31.8mm、
57.1mm、76.2mmの如く、15.9mmの倍数或は15.9mm
の倍数に12.7の倍数を加えたものであり、JISの
間隔とEIAの間隔は対応しない。
そのため従来はJIS規格ラツクとEIA規格ラツ
クの2種類のラツクを在庫する必要があり、取扱
業者に多大の負担を強いていた。
本願は上記ユニツトボツクス5を止めるビス7
のネジ孔4をラツクの縦柱1には開設せず、ネジ
孔4付きのプレート8を縦柱に着脱可能に取付
け、プレート8の交換によりJIS、EIAの何れの
規格のユニツトボツクス5でもネジ止め出来るこ
と及びプレートを簡単に交換出来るユニツトボツ
クス収納ラツクを提供することを目的とする。
縦柱1はアルミニユームの引抜き材を必要長さ
に切断して形成され、第2図の如く断面長方形の
中空の杆体11の一面に2本の突条13を突設
し、各突条13の先端には互いに外向きに開口す
るガイド溝9を有する断面コ字状のガイド杆1
2,12を形成している。
各ガイド溝9には全長に亘つて抜止め辺14,
14を互いに内向きに突出させ、開口幅が狭まつ
ており、該開口幅はプレート8の厚みより少し大
である。
第5図に示す如くガイド溝9はプレート8を溝
9の開口から傾けて挿入し、溝内で反転させてプ
レート8を抜止め辺14に密接出来る様に溝奥が
拡大している。又、溝の底部の一隅はプレート8
の反転を案内するため溝の全長に亘つて円孤状の
案内面16を形成している。
更にプレート8が抜止め辺14に密接した時、
プレート8が左右に移動することのない様に抜止
め片14の裏面の溝幅G′はプレート8の幅に略
等しい。プレート8は長尺の金属平棒を必要長さ
に切断して形成され、ネジ孔4が一列に開設され
ている。JIS規格用のプレート8のネジ孔4は50
mmピツチ毎に開設されている。
EIA規格用のプレート8のネジ孔4は第3図に
示す如く等ピツチではなく、15.9mmのピツチa,
aを存して3つのネジ孔4,4,4を開設し、次
に12.7mmのピツチbを存して1つのネジ孔4aを
開設し、これを規則的に繰り返して多数のネジ孔
4,4aを開設している。
然してラツクにJIS規格のユニツトボツクス5
を収容する場合を述べる。先ず、ラツクの縦柱1
のガイド溝9にJIS規格用のプレート8を嵌める。
プレートは傾けてガイド溝9の側方から嵌め込み
が出来るから、場所をとらず便利である。
次にプレート8のネジ孔4の1又は複数箇所に
溝深さよりも短いビス71を螺合し、該ビス71
の先端を溝底91に当てて突張り、プレート8を
抜止め片14の裏面に密接させプレート8をガイ
ド溝9内に固定出来る。
これより、第4図の如くユニツトボツクス5の
切欠き6にビス7を挿入し、プレート8のネジ孔
4に螺合してユニツトボツクス5を固定出来る。
ユニツトボツクス5をEIA規格ボツクスと交換
する場合は、プレートをガイド溝9内で反転させ
て縦柱1の前面から外して、EIA規格のものと交
換するだけで簡単に行なえる。勿論ユニツトボツ
クス5の高さはJIS規格とEIA規格では異なるか
ら、EIA規格のユニツトボツクスをラツク内の上
から順に収容した時、ラツクの下部には空間が生
じるが、空間を隠す大きさの塞ぎ板(図示せず)
でラツクの前面下部を覆えば、不体裁にはならな
い。
第6図は、本考案を公知のオープンラツクに実
施したもので、基台10上に2本の縦柱1,1を
突設し、縦柱の上端間を横杆2で連結したもの
で、各縦柱1の前面側のガイド溝9に前記同様に
してネジ孔付きのプレート8,8を取付け、裏面
側のガイド溝9にはネジ孔付きの短いプレート8
を嵌め、該プレートのネジ孔を利用して三角形の
補強杆15を止めている。
本考案は上記の如くラツクの縦柱1に形成した
ガイド溝9に規格ピツチにネジ孔4を開設したプ
レート8を嵌めて使用するから、ユニツトボツク
スの交換に際し、該ボツクスの規格に対応するネ
ジ孔ピツチのプレート8に取換えるだけで可く、
ラツク本体はその侭で使用出来る。
更にプレートの交換に際し、プレートをガイド
溝9内にて反転させて溝の開口部から簡単に取出
すことが出来、新たなプレートはこれとは逆に溝
の開口部から嵌め入れて溝内で反転させて簡単に
