Generally, in this type of endoscope, the observation window of the observation optical system and the distal opening of the treatment instrument insertion channel are arranged side by side on the side of the distal end component, and a treatment instrument guide is provided within this distal opening. The inductor is remotely controlled from the endoscope control unit to rotate or slide.
The tip of the treatment instrument is guided to bend in the direction of the opening of the observation window by this treatment instrument guide so that the tip is positioned at the center of the field of view of the observation window. However, if this treatment instrument is made of a tube made of synthetic resin, for example, it is likely to be bent, and due to this bend, the tip of the part guided by the treatment instrument guide is opposite to the observation window. There were problems such as bending in the direction of , making it difficult to guide the object correctly into the field of view.

The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is an operating section, 2 is a curved section, and 3 is a tip component. An observation window 4 and an illumination window 5 are provided on the side surface of the distal end component 3 in parallel in the axial direction. An observation optical system (not shown) consisting of a lens, an image guide, etc. is provided inside the tip structure section 3, the curved section 2, and the operation section 1, and an observation optical system (not shown) consisting of a lens, an image guide, etc. It is configured to be sent to an eyepiece or the like. Further, an illumination optical system (not shown) such as a light guide is provided inside the tip component 3, the curved part 2, and the operation part 1, and illuminates the illumination window 5 with light from a light source device (not shown). ,
It is configured to illuminate the field of view of the observation window 4. Further, a distal opening 6 is arranged on the side of the observation window 4, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of this endoscope.
is provided, and this tip opening 6 is in the form of a continuous groove in the axial direction. A treatment instrument insertion channel 7 is provided within the distal end component portion 3, the curved portion 2, and the operating portion 1, and the treatment instrument insertion channel 7 opens at the proximal side surface of the distal end opening 6. A treatment instrument guide 8 is provided within the distal end opening 6. The proximal end of the treatment instrument guide 8 is rotatably connected to the distal end component 3 via a pivot shaft 9 . Furthermore, one end of an operating wire 10 is attached to the distal end side of the treatment instrument guide 8. The operating wire 10 passes through the curved portion 2 and reaches the operating section 1, and is connected to an operating mechanism 11 provided on the operating section 1. By operating this operating mechanism 11, the operating wire 10 is pushed or pulled, thereby rotating the treatment instrument guide 8 and raising and lowering it.
Further, the upper surface of the treatment instrument guide 8 is formed into a guide surface 12 . The guide surface 12 has a concave groove shape with an arcuate cross section, and is formed so that its depth increases toward the tip. Further, this guide surface 12 is inclined as a whole so that the observation window 4 side is lower. Therefore, the height of both side edges of this guide surface 12 is such that the height of the guide surface 12 is lower on the observation window 4 side and higher on the opposite side. It is configured.

In the first embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the treatment instrument 13 is inserted into the treatment instrument insertion channel 7,
The tip thereof is made to protrude from the tip opening 6. When the operating mechanism 11 is operated to pull the operating wire 10, the treatment instrument guide 8 rotates and stands up, bending the distal end of the treatment instrument 8 in the opening direction of the observation window 4,
The tip of this treatment instrument 13 is positioned within the field of view of the observation window 4. In this case, the distal end of the treatment instrument 13 comes into contact with two points, points P and Q on the inner surface of the distal end of the treatment instrument insertion channel 7, as shown in FIG. It abuts and is bent. By the way, the guide surface 12 of the treatment instrument guide 8
is inclined toward the observation window 4 side, so the force applied to the treatment instrument 13 at point R is not parallel to the axial direction, but is applied in a direction inclined toward the observation window 4 side. Therefore, the entire tip of the treatment instrument 13 is twisted to face the observation window 4. Further, when the treatment instrument 13 is further inserted with the distal end portion of the treatment instrument 13 bent by the treatment instrument guide 8, the distal end portion of the treatment instrument 13 is further deflected toward the observation window 4 side.
Therefore, in the case of a treatment instrument 13 that is easily bent, such as a synthetic resin tube, even if the distal end of the treatment instrument 13 has a bend in the direction opposite to the observation window 4, this treatment cannot be performed as described above. Since the tip of the instrument 13 can be deflected toward the observation window 4, the tip of the treatment instrument 13 can be reliably guided within the field of view of the observation window 4.

For example, as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the guide surface 12' of the treatment instrument guide 8' may be a surface that is monotonically inclined toward the observation window 4 side.

Furthermore, as in the third embodiment shown in FIG. Since it is largely inclined toward the observation window 4 side, the distal end portion of the treatment instrument 13 can be more greatly deflected toward the observation window 4 side.

Further, as in the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 6, a treatment instrument guide 8 is provided in the distal end opening 6 so as to be slidable in the axial direction, and the surface of the treatment instrument guide 8 facing the treatment instrument insertion channel 7 is provided. A curved guide surface 12 that bends the tip of the treatment instrument 13 upward may be formed on the guide surface 12, and this guide surface 12 may be inclined toward the observation window 4 side.

As described above, in the present invention, a treatment instrument guide is provided in the distal end opening arranged in parallel with the observation window, and the guide surface of the treatment instrument guide is inclined toward the observation window. Therefore, when the tip of the treatment instrument is guided to bend in the direction of the opening of the observation window, the tip of the treatment instrument is deflected toward the observation window due to the inclination of this guiding surface. This has great effects, such as being able to reliably guide the tip to the center of the field of view of the observation window even in the worst case, and having a simple structure.
