In general, when stress accumulates, people may develop neurological disorders that are accompanied by severe pain or become unable to move parts of their bodies, and people who experience these symptoms generally experience a drop in body temperature in the peripheral parts of their bodies. It is said that there are.

いる。 As a treatment to relieve stress, autonomic training involves imagining relaxing things in your head and controlling your mental state so that you feel relaxed so that you can relieve your physical and nervous tension. The method used to check the effectiveness of this treatment method is to use a measuring device that measures the temperature of the peripheral parts of the body, especially the fingertips, which are operated by a specialist doctor. A measured value is found, and the measured value is used as a criterion for determining effectiveness.

As described above, conventionally, in order to examine the effects of autogenic training methods, expensive measuring instruments had to be used, and measurement required the help of a specialized doctor. Furthermore, if one does not own the measuring tool, one has to go to a well-equipped place, such as a hospital, which is very troublesome.

The gist of the present invention to solve the above problems is to form a ring part from a metal with high thermal conductivity, attach petals formed using a shape memory alloy to the ring, and keep the petals at a predetermined temperature close to body temperature. A ring having heat-sensitive petals that can be opened and closed is characterized in that the memory alloy is shaped so that it closes when the following occurs and blooms when the predetermined temperature is exceeded.

The ring 2 is made of a metal with high thermal conductivity, such as gold, and quickly transmits the temperature of the finger wearing the ring 2 to the petals 3. On the other hand, the petals 3 have a shape memorized so that they open when the temperature exceeds a certain level, and are formed to open and close in response to the finger temperature transmitted through the ring 2.

As an example, as shown in FIG. 2, a petal 3 made of two layers, the inner side of which is a shape memory alloy 3a and the outer side of which is a spring 3c, is arranged on the top of a ring 2 made of a metal 2a with good thermal conductivity. is possible.

The spring member 3c is designed to have a shape memory so that it warps outward when the temperature exceeds 34° C., while the spring member 3c is designed to always exert an elastic force inward.

に応じて開閉を繰り返す花弁3が得られる。 The petal 3 configured as described above has a temperature of the finger 10.
When the temperature of the finger 10 is 34°C or higher, the force generated by the transformation of the shape memory alloy 3a resists the elastic force of the spring member 3c, and the finger 10 is in an open state, and conversely, when the temperature of the finger 10 is 34°C or lower, the shape memory alloy 3a is transformed. The force is removed and the spring member 3c becomes closed due to its elastic force. In this way, petals 3 that repeatedly open and close in response to changes in the temperature of the finger 10 are obtained.

Even if a second shape memory alloy 3b whose transformation temperature is much lower than that of a and whose shape is memorized so that it becomes inwardly curved when the temperature exceeds a certain temperature is used, the petal 3 that performs the same operation as described above can be obtained. can get.

A petal 3 that performs the same operation can also be obtained even if the petal 3 is provided.

The petal 3 closes as shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the present invention, the petals are formed to open when the temperature is above a certain level and close when the temperature is below a certain level, and the finger ring is constructed by attaching the petals to a ring made of a metal with high thermal conductivity. Therefore, by wearing the ring on your finger, you can know the effects of autonomic training by yourself, regardless of time or place.
