【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は主としてキヤツプ本体に対する天冠の
取付部分に工夫を施した筆記具に於けるキヤツプ

の垂直部分の底面と天冠に於ける垂下部分の内面
とに設けて抜去不能に圧入した横向雌孔および横
向雄ピンとより構成され、天冠の垂下部分の一部
を胴壁の外周より外に突出させたことを要旨とす

能用天冠６を嵌着すると共に凹所５に於ける垂直
部分７の底面と天冠６に於ける垂下部分８の内面
とに抜止用凹条１３付きの横向雌孔９および抜止
用凸条１４付きの横向雄ピン１０を夫々設けてこ
れ等雌孔９、雄ピン１０を抜去不能に圧入し、更
に天冠６の水平部分１１および垂下部分８の外側
面を平坦面とし且つ天冠６の水平部分１１の厚さ
を凹所５の水平部分１２の深さとほぼ同じとしま
た天冠６の垂下部分８の外表面をキヤツプ本体１
の胴壁３の外表面より外に突出させたものであ

向きの外力が作用しても抜け外れる危惧が全くな
い優れた効果があり、また天冠の垂下部分の一部
を胴壁の外周より外に突出させてあるので、当該
突出部分が机などの上で転がり落ちることを防止
する機能を果す好都合な効果があり、更に本考案
に於て天冠は溝に入り込んでいるので横ずれを起
すことがないのみならず当該天冠をキヤツプ本体
に取付ける場合の位置合せおよび組立を安直に行
うことができる利点があり、また天冠が果す色表
示は上方からでも側方からでもこれを確認できる
