- 被冷却体の入つた冷却用槽１３と被解凍体の入
つた加温用槽１１とに画成されてなる水槽１０と
、前記冷却用槽１３内に設けられた冷凍ユニツト
の蒸発器１６と、前記加温用槽１１内に設けられ
た冷凍ユニツトの凝縮器２２とを備えたことを特
徴とする食品処理装置。
