Claims (1)
- 容器の内側底部に下電極が設けられ、細胞が通
過できる大きさの孔があけられたスクリーン状上
電極が、絶縁物製スペーサを介して前記下電極と
平行に設けられており、前記スペースには融合さ
せようとする細胞の大きい方の細胞が１個のみ通
過できる大きさの案内孔があけられており、前記
容器が遠心機に装着されて上電極から下電極方向
に遠心力がかけられる遠心型細胞融合チヤンバ。
