挿入して前記モータより発生する振動の伝達を防
止する振動防止筒状部材と、一端に円筒状開口部
、他端に内側向き折曲部がそれぞれ形成され、前
記円筒状開口部をそれぞれ前記振動防止筒状部材
の外周に挿入し互いに突き合せ前記内側向き折曲
部をそれぞれ前記振動防止筒状部材の端部にて係
止させる第１および第２外部プローブハウジング
