にしたことを特徴とするもので、以下に本考案の

動させる機能を有すると共に左右前方のシール部
材はキヤツプを回動させた際に前記孔の一部又は
全部を塞ぐ役割を果すものであるが、本体上部の
外周にしつくりと嵌るキヤツプであればこのシー
ル部材は必ずしも必要とするものではない。は
