The technique described in the above-mentioned publication relates to an aromatic agent in which a gel-like aromatic agent is filled in a container having an opening at the top and a rising piece inside.

Among the above-mentioned fragrances, in the case of those that are simply solidified gel-like fragrances, the skin of the gel-like fragrance hardens as the aromatic active ingredients of the gel-like fragrance evaporate, and cracks appear in the hardened skin. The fragrance continued to be produced. However, the distance between the cracks is determined by the size of the air freshener, and with air fresheners sold commercially for home use, the fragrance production decreases dramatically after about 10 days, and even with air fresheners of commercial size.
The amount of fragrance produced decreased drastically in about a week, and it was not possible to produce a uniform fragrance for a long period of time.

Products that lengthen the vaporization period of the active aromatic ingredients have come to be used, but since the surface area that contributes to aroma generation changes as the volume of the synthetic resin changes, it is difficult to make it uniform. The generation of aromatic active ingredients can only be extended for about one week.

Because it becomes stronger, it can no longer be called an aroma, and the period of its occurrence becomes shorter. When the number of rising pieces is small, the generation of aromatic active ingredients is reduced, and the generation period cannot be prolonged.

By configuring the aromatic agent storage container in this way, the vaporization of the aromatic active ingredients starts from the aromatic agent on the uppermost stage, and the vaporization of the aromatic active ingredients in the frame that separately stores the aromatic agent on the lower stage starts from the uppermost stage. The vaporization of the aromatic active ingredient from the surface of the lower aromatic agent is started at the outer periphery in contact with the inner wall of the container body, the bottom part in contact with the bottom surface of the container body, and the inner periphery in contact with the convex part of the container body. This should be done from the start.

The flange 12 is a surface for joining a sealing member (not shown) for sealing the fragrance, and the shape of the flange is selected depending on the joining means.

Generally, cylindrical, conical, or bell-shaped protrusions are preferred. Its diameter is determined by the height of the container body 10 and the frame described below. The shape of the convex portion 13 is as described above due to the problem of injection molding and a shape that easily breaks contact with the fragrance, but it is not necessarily limited to the shape described above.

The lower frame body 20 may be formed by integral injection molding, or may be formed by assembly or bonding. However, integral molding is more efficient and can be manufactured at a lower cost. The lengths of the partition pieces 21 to 24 are determined so that they are located at the four corners of the container body 10. The length does not necessarily have to be in contact with the four corners. It is sufficient if the length is long enough to stop rotation. And partition piece 2

The length is the same as that of the partition pieces 31 to 34. That is, partition piece 3
The lengths of the partition pieces 31 and 33 and the lengths of the partition pieces 32 and 34 are determined so that the lengths 1 to 34 are equal to the length of one side of the fragrance storage section 11. Therefore, the lower frame body 2 is placed in the aromatic agent storage section 11.
0 and the upper frame 30 are housed, the four sides of the container body 10 do not deform inward. That is, when an external force is applied to the surface of the container body 10, the surface may curve inward and become disconnected from the sealing member, but the partition pieces 31 to 34 of the upper frame 30 restrain the inward displacement. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the sealing member from separating, and also to prevent the container body 10 from being damaged by external force.
It is possible to prevent destruction of the surface that forms the surface.

る。 A regulating member 50 is interposed between the lower frame body 20 and the upper frame body 30. The regulating member 50
is the aromatic agent separated by the partition pieces 21 to 24 of the lower frame body 20 and the partition pieces 31 to 34 of the upper frame body 30.
Since the aromatic agent separated by the partition is a flat area, the movement of the aromatic agent in the vertical direction is restricted. The above-mentioned regulation only restricts the shrinkage movement of the aromatic agent separated by the upper frame 30 due to the vaporization of the aromatic active ingredient. Therefore, the length and width of each of the regulating pieces 51 to 54 constituting the regulating member 50 are determined by the type of aromatic agent, for example, the type of gelling agent. Usually, the regulating member 50 is disposed to be interposed between the upper frame and the lower frame, but the regulating member 50 may be disposed at the upper end of the uppermost frame. In this case, if the aromatic agent is filled to a position higher than the regulating member 50, the descent of the aromatic agent in that part will be restricted, and the skin that hardens and shrinks due to vaporization of the aromatic active ingredient will be likely to crack, causing the aromatic It is effective depending on the type of agent. Further, the regulating member 50 may be provided at the lower end of the lowermost frame.
At this time, when the aromatic active ingredient vaporizes from the aromatic agent in the lowermost frame, it becomes easier to separate the aromatic agent from the container, and the contraction of the aromatic agent is regulated by the regulating member 50. Complicated cracks form in the aromatic agent, allowing the effective vaporization of the aromatic ingredients to occur efficiently.

In the initial state when the aromatic agent 40 is opened, the aromatic active ingredients are vaporized from the upper surface 41 of the aromatic agent defined by the upper frame 30, as shown in b. Next, as shown in c, the aromatic active ingredients of the aromatic agent 40 are vaporized from the outer periphery 42 of the aromatic agent 40 partitioned into the upper frame 30, that is, from the contact surface side with the inner wall of the main container 10. Then, the surface of the aromatic agent separated by the upper frame body 30 is contracted and hardened by the vaporization of the aromatic active ingredient, and the regulating member 5
Since the upper surface of the air freshener partitioned in the lower frame body 20 is contracted while being regulated by
is formed, from which vaporization of the aromatic active ingredients takes place. Furthermore, as the aromatic active ingredient on the outer periphery 43 progresses, the aromatic active ingredient is vaporized from the surface 45 that was in contact with the bottom surface of the main container 10, as shown in e. At this time, the aromatic active ingredients on the skin of the aromatic agent separated by the upper frame 30 have almost completed vaporization, and the upper ends of the support pieces 21 to 24 of the lower frame 20 and the regulation piece 51 of the regulation member 50 - 54 prevents the vaporized aromatic active ingredient separated by the upper frame 30 from descending, and the restriction member 50 prevents the fragrance separated by the lower frame 20 from shrinking and hardening. A deeper crack 44 appears in between. The aromatic active ingredient of the aromatic agent is also vaporized through the crack 44, and the main container 10
When the aroma active ingredient evaporates from the surface 45 that was in contact with the bottom surface of the partition pieces 21 to 21, as shown in f,
24 and also rises along the outer circumferential surface of the convex portion 13, and the aromatic active ingredients are successively vaporized. At the same time, since the aroma active ingredient is vaporized from the crack 44, the skin of the contact surface 46 with the convex portion 13 is hardened as shown in g, and the aroma active ingredient is vaporized from the skin side of the contact surface 46. Since the area changes in the direction of increasing the area, cracks are likely to form, and the cracks on the contact surface 46 side further vaporize the aromatic active ingredient. Finally, as shown in h, the aromatic active ingredients are vaporized from the fragrance, and the remaining aromatic active ingredients are vaporized by the cavities 47 and 48 surrounded by the hardened skin.

It is also possible to reverse the upper and lower stages of 0 and the lower frame body 20 and use the regulating member 50 interposed therebetween. In any case, it is necessary to form a notch in the lowermost frame that fits into the convex part of the container body. Of course, the fragrance storage portion of the container body can also be formed into a substantially cylindrical container body. At this time, the partition pieces 21 to 24 and 31 to 34 of the upper frame body 30 and the lower frame body 20 installed inside the container body can also be made to have the same length. Further, when the lowermost frame is approximately cylindrical, it is desirable that the diameter is such that it fits into the convex portion 13 of the container body 10.

While the first embodiment uses four radial regulating pieces, the radial regulating member 50 of this embodiment
A uses eight regulating pieces. Regulation member 50
The radial regulating piece a is not necessarily the lower frame body 20a.
It is not necessary to match the number of partition pieces in the table. The length, width, and number of the regulating pieces are determined by the fragrance and the material of the regulating piece. A ring-shaped regulating member 50b may be used instead of the regulating member 50a. This type of ring-shaped regulating member 50b
Since this restricts the surrounding aromatic agents, the width of the upper frame body 30b controls the air flow from the aromatic agents separated into the lower frame body 20a, depending on the state of vaporization of the aromatic active ingredient in the upper frame body 30b. Vaporization of aromatic active ingredients can be carried out. Furthermore, the regulating member 50a can be replaced with a radial and ring-shaped regulating member 50c.
This type of radial and ring-shaped regulating member 50c is a radial regulating piece that regulates the movement of the fragrance in the upper frame and the lower frame in the vertical direction, and has the same function as the ring-shaped regulating member 50b. , the materials of the aromatic agent and the regulating member, the fragrance generation period, and the intensity of the fragrance can be arbitrarily set.

It's fine as long as it's possible. As one aspect, a radial regulating member 50
50a, a ring-shaped regulating member 50b, a radial and ring-shaped regulating member 50c, etc., but are not limited to these, and a mesh member such as a wire mesh,
It goes without saying that spiral members, lattice-like members, concentric ring-like members, etc. can be used as well.

This embodiment is a modification of the first embodiment, in which the upper and lower stages of the upper frame 30 and lower frame 20 are reversed, and the regulating member between them is omitted. Therefore, it is necessary to form a notch in the lowermost frame of this embodiment to fit into the convex portion of the container body.

In other words, it is possible to create a frame with a structure that simply separates fragrances without requiring a specific shape such as radial, concentric cylindrical, or lattice as shown in the examples.
This can be carried out by stacking in multiple layers, such as in layers or three layers, and further arranging a regulating member between the upper frame and the lower frame. The frames to be stacked do not require that many frames, and can be integrally molded by injection molding or the like, and in this way, workability can be improved.
