However, this rubber mat switch has various drawbacks because it uses an object contact detection method. To overcome this drawback, a non-contact detection type electronic cloak type object detector has been devised and put into practical use, but in recent years, other non-contact type object detectors that can easily set and change the detection area have been developed. Object detectors tend to be used frequently. These non-contact object detectors include heat-ray (passive infrared) type detectors that utilize fluctuations in radiated infrared light flux based on the temperature difference between the background of the detection area and the moving object, and those that utilize the time difference between transmitted and received waves. An ultrasonic type that uses the Doppler effect, an infrared type that projects infrared rays and detects changes in the amount of light reflected from an object, and a radio wave (radar) type that uses the Doppler effect of microwaves. etc. exist.

In the object detector 1, an infrared beam emitted from a predetermined detection area set by the optical system is focused by the optical system and enters the infrared detecting element of the object detector 1, and the infrared detecting element enters the infrared detecting element. Converts infrared light flux into an electrical signal proportional to its variation and outputs it.
After this electric signal is amplified by the amplifier 2, it is compared with a reference signal of a constant level by the signal level determination section 3, and it is determined whether the electric signal is equal to or higher than the level of this reference signal. That is, the signal level discriminator 3 constantly monitors the signal strength, that is, the amount of variation in the infrared light flux, and outputs a detection signal when it detects a variation exceeding the detection sensitivity set by the reference signal, and this detection signal activates the door activation relay. 4 is turned on, power is supplied to the door operation control section through this on-state relay 4, and the motor is rotated to open the automatic door. <Problems to be Solved by the Invention> By the way, in any of the object detectors of the non-contact detection type described above, the detection area is set in the vicinity of the automatic door as described above, and the detection area is When an object such as a human body enters the area, a detection signal for door activation is output, the door activation relay 4 is turned on, and the automatic door is opened. For example, the automatic door is kept open for a certain period of time, about one second, and then the automatic door is closed. However, once the detection area is set, it does not change, so for example, if a person walks slowly and passes through an automatic door, the detection area will change from the moment the human body enters the detection area until after a certain period of time has elapsed after passing through the detection area. The automatic door remains open for a relatively long period of time until it cools down inside. When air conditioning such as heating is performed, there is a problem of energy loss and external noise entering. Therefore,
The above problem can be considerably alleviated by setting a narrow detection area, but in this case, if a human body tries to pass through the automatic door quickly, even if the human body approaches the automatic door, the automatic door will not be activated. The door will not open fully, and you may have to stop in front of the automatic door.
You could end up colliding with an automatic door.

That is, an object detector is installed near the automatic door and outputs an electric signal that fluctuates in response to the entrance of a moving object such as a human body into a predetermined detection area set near the automatic door. In this automatic door start switch device that detects an object by fluctuations in the output electric signal of the object detector and outputs a signal to control opening/closing of the automatic door, the distance from the automatic door is different depending on the object detector. a detection area setting means that sets a plurality of detection areas; a detection speed setting means that sets a reference speed range of an object to be detected for each of the detection areas to be faster as the distance from the automatic door increases; and an output from the object detector. an electrical signal corresponding to the moving speed of the detected object to be detected; and a reference speed range set in the detection speed setting means corresponding to the detection area where the detected object to which this electrical signal is output is present. The present invention is characterized by comprising a comparing means for comparing and outputting an activation signal for the automatic door.

れる。Effect> When an object such as a human body or a car moves toward the automatic door and enters the detection area, the electrical signal output from the object detector fluctuates. This electrical signal corresponds to the moving speed of the object to be detected, and since the detection area setting means can determine the detection area where the object to be detected exists when the electrical signal is output, the reference corresponding to that detection area can be determined. A speed range is set by the detection speed setting means, and the comparison means compares whether the moving speed of the object to be detected based on the output electric signal of the object detector is within the reference speed range. The automatic door activation signal is output in this case.

Conversely, if the object is moving at a slow speed toward the automatic door, the automatic door is opened quickly when the object enters the detection area far from the automatic door and is away from the automatic door. Since the automatic door is opened at a leisurely timing upon entry, the automatic door is opened for the minimum amount of time necessary depending on the speed of movement of objects such as people passing through the automatic door, which saves energy during cooling and heating. At the same time, it is possible to prevent noise from entering from the outside as much as possible.

The detection area a1 or a2 in which the object H exists is determined based on the detected distance, and an area discrimination signal is output. Further, the speed determination unit 6 calculates the moving speed of the detected object H based on the frequency fluctuation of the received wave received by the object detector 1, and outputs speed data. These area discrimination section 5 and speed discrimination section 6
Both are triggered and activated by the object detection signal from the signal level discriminator 3.

The signal level determination unit 3 compares the electrical signal output from the object detector 1 and amplified by the amplifier 2 with a reference signal of a certain level, and determines whether the electrical signal is higher than the level of the reference signal or not. It constantly monitors whether the object H has entered the detection areas al, a2 (step S1), and outputs an object detection signal when it detects a change exceeding the set detection degree based on the reference signal.

From this calculated distance, it is determined whether or not the object H has entered into the first detection area a1 (step S4) L, the first detection area a1

When the object is detected by the object detector 1, a YES determination is made in step S6, and a door open signal is immediately output. The automatic door 〇 is kept open until it passes through the second detection area a2,
When entering the first detection area a1, in step S6
The automatic door D is closed by determining NO in ES and NO in step SIO.

Here, if the driver is moving toward automatic door 〇 and then stopping, step SIO will always determine YES, so the output of the door open signal will continue; In this case, the door close signal continues to be output.

The automatic door will be opened for the minimum amount of time necessary depending on the moving speed of the automatic door, and even if the object is moving within the detection area, the automatic door will be opened automatically for objects that do not pass through the automatic door unless they are very close to the automatic door. This has the advantage of not having to open and close the door 〇.

The area discrimination section 3 is configured to output each area discrimination signal for the first detection area a1 and the second detection area a2 from separate terminals, and accordingly, the detection speed setting section and the comparison section are divided into two parts. ,, a first detection speed setting section 7a in which the first reference speed range is set and stored, a second detection speed setting section 7b in which the second reference speed range is set and stored, the detection speed and the first reference speed. A first comparison section 8a that compares the detected speed with the second reference speed range and a first comparison section 8a that compares the detected speed with the second reference speed range are provided, and a corresponding comparison is performed using the area discrimination signal of either one of the area discrimination sections 5. This is only a configuration in which parts 9a and 9b are selectively driven, and the same effect as in FIG. 1 can be obtained.

すればよい。The present invention is not limited to the above description and illustrated examples, but may include various modifications without departing from the scope of the claims. For example, it goes without saying that three or more detection areas can be provided by the detection area setting means and a reference speed range can be provided for each detection area. Also,
As the object detector 1, in addition to the ultrasonic Doppler sensor described in the embodiment, an ultrasonic sensor or an infrared sensor can also be used. For example, in an ultrasonic sensor, the distance to the detected object H is calculated by measuring the time from irradiating the detected object H with ultrasonic waves to receiving the reflected reception wave, and in an infrared sensor, the distance to the detected object H is calculated by triangulation. The distance to the detected object H is measured by this method. Then, these object detectors are driven periodically, for example, every 0.5 seconds to calculate the distance periodically, and the moving speed of the object is calculated from the amount of change in the periodically output distance data. It may be configured as follows.

A pair of object detectors are provided for indoor and outdoor use, and the detection areas of each of these two object detectors are set to be different for an area far from the automatic door and an area close to the automatic door. The reference speed range of the object to be detected by the object detector may be set to be fast for the far detection area and slow for the close detection area.
Therefore, the detection area setting means does not use the above-mentioned transmitting/receiving horn or the like, but is constituted by a plurality of object detectors each having a different detection area.

That is, according to the automatic door activation switch device of the present invention, when an object such as a human body moves at a high speed, the automatic door start switch device starts the automatic door activation at the timing when it is detected that the object enters the detection area away from the automatic door. If the automatic door opens quickly and an object moves at a slow speed, the automatic door will open slowly when the object enters the detection area near the automatic door. The automatic door can be opened for the minimum amount of time necessary depending on the speed of the object passing through, saving energy during cooling and heating, and preventing noise from entering from outside as much as possible.
