Because it is difficult to do this accurately, usually a fabric made of paper or water-soluble fibers is polymerized with or without an adhesive as a base fabric, and then an embroidery machine is used to embroidery the paper or water-soluble fiber. A method of washing and removing a water-soluble fiber fabric with water, or making a base fabric using a combination of a stretchable elastic filament and a non-stretchable water-soluble fiber thread, and then applying stitching to this using a thread made of insoluble fibers. After that, the fibers are immersed in an aqueous solvent to dissolve and remove the water-soluble fibers.

This was proposed in Publication No. 54-106672, etc.

3. Create a thread that has no elasticity by covering it at a rotation speed of about 8000 times/min. After embroidering this thread using an embroidery machine as the front and back threads, embroidery is carried out using a water-based solution. In this method, the water-soluble polymer fibers are dissolved and removed by immersion in the water.

It had its drawbacks.

ある。 The present invention has focused on such drawbacks, and the present invention has developed a yarn with stretch elasticity that is made into its original size and does not substantially shrink even after the removal of the water-soluble fiber yarn, and has a shape that is approximately close to the original size after being embroidered, with no unevenness. The object of the present invention is to obtain a stretchable embroidery lace with excellent flatness, with particular attention paid to the improvement of the draft in embroidery threads, and the purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem.

Of course, a water-insoluble fiber yarn is used in combination with the stretchable yarn, and a water-soluble fiber yarn is also used in combination so that the stretchable yarn has a draft of 1 and is not substantially stretched. A thread for embroidery is made, and this thread is used as a sewing thread to embroidery the surface of the base fabric made of stretchable fabric.
For example, by temporarily fixing the elasticity of a stretchable base fabric with a fabric made of water-soluble fiber threads, and then applying stitching to both fabrics, the water-soluble fiber threads used are dissolved and removed. Stitching is applied to the stretchable base fabric surface.

Furthermore, covering the stretchable elastic yarn can be obtained by single or double covering with the water-insoluble fiber, but the stretching elastic yarn is not substantially stretched during covering. The most important point in the present invention is to supply the material in the draft 1 state.

This is done by feeding yarn and covering it with water-insoluble fiber yarn, but the coating takes into account the ease of stitching, the number of twists, the thickness of the covered yarn, whether it is processed yarn, whether it is single or double, etc. is selected.

The lace remains in its original size, and when stretched, it exhibits the required elasticity and elasticity compared to its original size, and since it is initially started from its original size, unevenness and wrinkles due to shrinkage will not occur on the lace surface. It is possible to produce a lace with good flatness and no wrinkles.

つている。 The figure shows one example of lace obtained by the method of the present invention, in which 1 is a base fabric made of a stretchable fabric, and is a knitted or woven fabric that has stretchability in two directions or has greater stretchability in one direction. During the embroidery process, the fabric made of water-soluble fiber threads is polymerized and its elasticity is temporarily stopped.
After the stitching, the water-soluble fiber threads are dissolved and removed by an aqueous solvent, resulting in only a stretchable fabric.

る。 On the other hand, reference numeral 2 designates an embroidery pattern applied to one surface of the base fabric, which is formed by a thread having elasticity coated with a water-insoluble fiber thread. As mentioned above, this coated sewing thread for embroidery uses both a stretchable and elastic thread and a water-soluble fiber thread, but the stretchable and elastic thread is fed to the water-insoluble fiber thread at a draft ratio of 1. The elastic yarn is coated with a water-insoluble fiber yarn, and the stretchable elastic yarn maintains its actual size by dissolving and removing the water-soluble fiber yarn.

Therefore, when the expansion is released and the material is contracted, unevenness is likely to occur, but in the present invention, since the draft 1 is in the actual size state, no unevenness is observed at all.

明の優れたところである。 In the lace of the present invention obtained in this manner, the stretchable elastic yarn contained therein is in the original size state, so if it is stretched, it will start stretching from the original size state. This is because the conventional embroidery on a stretchable base fabric is covered with stretchable elastic thread as the embroidery thread in a stretched state, so it is smooth in the stretched state, but in the contracted state when the stretch is unwound. This is in contrast to the generation of wrinkles on the surface of the base fabric, which is an advantage of the present invention.

る。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention has a draft 1 and uses a stretchable elastic thread as a core thread without being substantially stretched, and a thread coated with a water-insoluble fiber thread is used as a sewing thread for sewing stretchable fabric. The combination of the stretchable base fabric and the sewing thread with stretchable elasticity makes it possible to obtain a lace fabric with good stretchability over the entire area. Since the stretchable elastic thread of the embroidery thread is covered with a draft 1 without being stretched, it does not shrink at all after being embroidered, compared to conventional sewing threads that are covered in a stretched state. The lace surface is finished in a shape close to the original size without any wrinkles or unevenness caused by shrinkage, which not only improves the product value compared to laces that use conventional stretchable elastic threads or sewing threads, but also improves the product value when deciding on the design. This method is also extremely effective, and is expected to be used more widely in the future as a novel method for producing stretchable lace.
