本発明は電柱に架設支持される一組の特高圧電
線等に近接して電柱関係工事等をなす場合に於い
て、特高圧活線のままでも該工事者に影響のない
程度の位置まで、電柱に支持された状態に近似し
た条件で移動支持せしめ、安全圏内に於いて電柱
工事等を完了せしめ得る様にし、工事完了後再び
移動前と同様な電柱の架設支持に復せしめ得べき

つことは電力消費者等に対して甚大なる影響を与
える次第であるから、活線のまま是等電柱関係工
事等は之を施工するもので、普通、特高圧電線は
22000〜33000Vの電圧を通ずるもので、活線に近
接して作業する作業員は少なくと80cm離れた位置
で作業する必要があり、より近接した位置での作
業は感電による人命に係わる危険を伴う有様で、
誠に大なる難問題とされた次第である。尚、特公
昭37−2683号並びに実公昭44−10763号の如きも
のも開示される次第であるが、何れも活線を移動
すべき支持部材を電柱自体に固定するものである
から活線を僅かに直上方向に浮上支持させること
が出来るに過ぎず、仮に活線を受ける程度のもの
である。6600V程度の高圧電線の場合は(普通ゴ
ム手袋で把持して移動しても危険でない程度のも
のであるから)利用することが出来るが、前記の
如く22000〜33000Vの特高圧活線の場合は作業空
間を得るために、直上方向だけでなく水平方向に
も移動させる必要があるから、前記電柱固定式の
用具を使用する両公知の如き装置では到底安全に

組三本等より成る特高圧電線をも其の支児状態の

せることが出来、電柱上にて工事をなすも其の作
業員に何等の電気的影響を与えないように出来る
もので、安全に空中にて該一組の活線を支持せし
めることに成功したもので、電柱関係作業者等は
極めて安全に、此の危険を此の上なきものをされ
た作業を、容易に完遂することを得るに至つたも

のである。3は支持具で四角形の貫通孔3aを貫
通し、其の上面に前記絶縁碍子2を固着支持する
ものである。4は前記角状の貫通孔3aに密嵌す
る如き四角状を呈する角型アームで、硝子繊維強
化プラスチツク等の絶縁性資材よりなる。該角型
アーム4は前記貫通孔3aを貫通し締付ねじ3b
にて角型アームの適当位置に固定されるものであ
る。5はアーム取付金具でアーム4を密嵌するに
適する四角状の貫通孔5aを頂部に存し、四角状
を成形する該孔5aに対してT字状をなす脚部5
bを存し、該脚部5bの下部にはウオームギア6
を固設する。7は絶縁ポールにして其の頂部は前
記脚部5bの下部を軸動自在に嵌挿支持すると共
に、前記ウオームギア6に噛合すべきウオームギ
ア6aを装備するものである。8は回転操作棒で
ウオームギア6aの軸6bに直下状に垂下し、地
上等より該回転操作棒8を前後方向に直線状に運
動させることにより、前記ウオームギア6aを回
転させ、ウオームギア6aに噛合するウオームギ
ア6に水平動を与え、角型アーム4を架線状態に
応じて水平状に回動せしめる様に装備せるもので
